We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Good location not far from train station and close to other towns within walking distance. Breakfast and dinner had a good selection of food to suit everyone. Superior room was odd with 2 King size beds pushed close together. Great shower!

Room was on the side of hotel ok having a sea view 300yards away this side of the hotel over looks bars /wich gets very noisy until 3-30 early hours of the morning plus the bin men emptying bins at 4.30in the morning your not getting sleep until 5/6in the morning should have sound proof glass to stop the noise room344

The smell from the bathroom was strong when the doors were open. The hotel is on a busy street - there was noise from the restaurants on the street till 2- 3am each day. In the morning there was early rubbish collection and street cleaning from 5 am.
The food was fine. The location is near the beach. Staff is friendly.

Beds and pillows in the rooms were quite uncomfortable. No hair dry in the room and no mini fridge included.
Staff was polite and helpful. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was very nice with a big selection of foods. Entertainment events every night.

Pool, too cold
Very comfortable hotel, nice location not far from beach. Very clean. We also stayed half board. From a moment spent perspective this is was good value for money. Meal times were a bit like a conveyer belt and a free for all but on the whole food quality was good and kept fresh. One downside for me was the pool was uncomfortably cold, I personally couldn’t bear the cold for too long which put a bit of a downer on it for me.

We stayed in room 420 at the start of our stay, but after a few conversations after waking up and having a permanent very strong smell of drains we were moved to room 109 which was just what we needed. The hotel staff were very helpful in helping us move rooms

Kitchen chief could be better.it s not really hotel for family with teens.but u can take a bus , which is free to marinaland and another aqua park,not far from hotel
The staff (people)were very friendly and helpful,it i s a very clean hotel.They have 2 swimming pools,one for the small kids.boring for teens. Breakfast was ok, didn't really like their dinner,but it was good range of food and dessert, fruits.

The animation at night was not really good for young people. The breakfast was always the same and the viennoiseries was kinda dry.

I was glad I was on the left side of the hotel, as on the right side there is a nightclub and loud music - The meal times were a little restrictive - breakfast should start at 7am - no packed lunches offered or breakfast I missed one lunch and last breakfast due excursion and early departure. Drink prices are very high! Hardly anyone had drinks with meals 8 euros for a glass of wine - you can pay 1 litre for 89 cents in the supermarket!! and it's nice wine ... Sometimes the food was cold or a little dry but overall it was good. Potatoes and veg were particularly good.
The hotel is in a good location and although built in 1960 and renovated in 1991 it looks a lot newer - the staff (all of them were very nice and friendly) My room was plain but nice, no sea view - street view and small balcony - TV and fridge and nice bathroom but glass walls ok by myself but I would wish to share - I had full board and food was very good - maybe a bit repetitive but nice presentation and tasted good most of the time. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again..

The cascade and water installation in the kids area don't work. They only put it on for a half an hour in weekend.
Food is absolutely great. Staff was very kind and helpful. Pool area good. Nice location, good room, cleaning ok, we had a great time.
