A little dark. I found the lightning to dim. Also room at the front street was noisy at night from the street.

The hotel is missing some atmosphere. There are no decorations on the wall in the room. Simply missing a brush to keep the corner clean.

The hotel is very well located as well close to the metro and the bus stop as well to Calle Blai with its tapas bar. The room was very clean with its laminate floor. The furniture is basic but effective. The breakfast offers a good range for different tastes.

I was in a single room with a window facing the street beware if you are a light sleeper it could be annoying early in the morning when traffic and the trash pick up starts, streets seem unkept

Easy to find from the Port, nice staff, on main street Metro station and transportation right there pretty secure, access to the elevator works with your room card, nice bathroom ,clean room but smallish, safe and mini fridge

Although there was a kettle with 2 green tea and 2 coffee sachets available, these weren't refreshed, and there was no milk available.

Found the space to be clean, comfortable, efficient, and near everything I wanted to check out. Management was also willing to work with me on the reservation as I had made it right at midnight due to being screwed over by another hotel so they could have refused me on a technicality.

It's easy to notice that the best days of hotel are over and renovation is uregently needed. The room was small, furniture old and bathroom was dusty. The bed was also not too comfy.

Parallel is a nice and safe neighborhood in the center of Barcelona and hotel is just by the metro station. Stuff was kind and breakfest was very good, especially the selection of croissants.

The street outside is very, very busy... so sometimes it was noisy. There were a few weird organizational issues (not being able to pay for breakfast in advance, but then having to sign a sheet each morning that I took breakfast - it was annoying, and I wish I could have organized everything at once at the very beginning.)

The smell. Room and building are clean and good maintened, but a very bad smell emanated from the bathroom. The same awful odor that is felt in the streets.

Good location, staff very kind. They advised us where to go and how to get to the main attractions in Barcelona.

The shower area was a bit tiny with a glass partition. The part where you enter the shower was behind the door to the bathroom, and they placed a door stopper just in front of the entrance of the shower. Exiting the shower, almost always one will step on the door stopper (which is a stub portruding from the floor). That was annoying.

There is an outdoor section/balcony/terrace in the room. It is a nice place for some fresh air and just to sit outside. There is a table and two chairs in the terrace for relaxing.
