The door and windows didn't seal well so cold air came in through the bedroom window and noise from the hallway. Luckily it was off-season so it wasn't a big problem for me but might be to some.

Gorgeous, spacious room, excellent breakfast and quiet space. The staff was very kind and helpful.

That the weather meant we couldn't try the pool or crazy golf but that was out of the hotel's control!

This hotel has character by the barrow-load! An old agricultural education facility makes a beautiful hotel with large comfortable rooms and outstanding support from the staff. A cool January evening greeted our arrival in Mallorca but the staff had anticipated this and our room had the heating on making for a cosy entrance. Easy to find with plenty of parking, we found it ideal for visiting Palma and for walking in the hills around Esporels. The included breakfast was a highlight of each morning with a superb variety in a buffet style with cooked eggs to order.

The outside furniture, steps and small pool seemed a little tired and worn, and could do with a little bit of renovation to make the exterior match the standard of the interior of the rooms.

Breakfast was in a beautiful setting and with lots of options. They offered freshly made eggs and coffee every morning too!

We found only one china cup for drinks in the kitchen. So had to get more. At breakfast no spoons for the cereal. The air conditioning didn't work in the kitchen room. We put our towels on the box in the bathroom corner all crumpled but had to ask for clean . I was told they should have been put on the floor. My mistake!! We were a little confused by the mini bar. And wine. If we had drunk would have been charged for it. The showered dribbled out the first night we were there.

The breakfast was ok. The choice was ample. Overall it was clean and comfortable. And good for the bus route. And we had beautiful weather. Very friendly staff.

The room was very humid & shower didn’t drain very well.

It’s a bit remote so you should stock up on a few food items before heading to the hotel. The restaurant was closed on the day we got there and after a long day of travel I forgot to buy some things for my daughter so we had to drive back out to the store to get them. Not the property’s fault, but just something to keep in mind.

Spacious and unique with a big pool. Loved that half of the pool was shallow so that my toddler could play and enjoy herself. I also loved the splash pad area, toddler swings, and sandbox because they are right in front of the restaurant so she could play while we ate. The a/c was also AMAZING after a hot day of touring the island!

The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating! The facilities were amazing! We had a rental car so the location was great to drive multiple places around the island. Breakfast included was a nice Perk and the best breakfast we had on our Trip in Spain.

The rooms need a little more love. The rooms weren't dirty, but the floors were not completely clean and there were cobwebs in the corners of the room.

Breakfast was very nice. We also chose to eat dinner one evening and it was very lovely. The staff is friendly and went out of their way to help us. Very quiet and peaceful with a lot of grounds to explore (the donkey was so friendly). I would love to go back in the summer where it would be more lively. The pool looked lovely, but it was too cold in April to enjoy. This place looks like a fun place to come with little children. My kiddos were too old for the playground area.

Very chill, lovely staff, quiet (cold!) pool, well maintained. Saw the donkeys and made friends with a ginger cat and cross Siamese cat called Mimi. Great place to visit as a base for Mallorca.

The views were wonderful ! We arrived when the restaurant was closed and appreciated being able to buy the bottle of wine in the room. Wish we had time to enjoy the pool! And loved the staff

The weather.

Nice details everywhere, interesting to look around the property and gardens with lots of unique features. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great choice at breakfast and good food in restaurant. Calm environment with a big pool. Highly recommend.

N/A - the only feedback really is that the shower pressure wasn't great and the shower unit itself had come off the wall at the top (just needs the screw refitting I think).

Good location; far enough away from Palma to be quiet, but not so far as to be difficult to get to. On a main route to the North of the city, so easy access in a car. Plenty of parking on-site. The room was huge, split up into a big living space with kitchen facilities and a separate bedroom/toilet/shower area. Had all the bits we needed in the kitchen to cook for one night. We would stay here again. Breakfast is included, although we didn't actually use the restaurant for this in the morning as we were leaving before it started serving. Instead they very kindly made us breakfast sandwiches the night before, which were fantastic! Thanks so much - I don't think we've ever had this in the UK. Customer service was perfect.

In the middle of nowhere so you will need a car to get around. Taxis were non existent/ unreliable making it impossible to get around
