Common areas look like a hostel. The cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable and everything in the room felt very cheap and worn out.

The location is convenient for sightseeing. It is located in a historical building with lots of character.

There is no elevator but the front desk staff are so helpful if you have luggage. (It’s 2 flights of stairs) but worth it!

Excellent location and excellent clean rooms. Request a room facing Las RAMBLAS which is the Main Street. They are bright and have a tiny patio and surprisingly are quiet at night.

air did not work properly and stopped working completely last night there. no elevators (stairs only) in 3rd floor with luggage difficult and directions we’re confusing to figure out which rm it was.

Room and bathroom were very small. Room was on the 3rd floor so you had to enter the building from the street and walk up stairs to get to the 3rd floor. Not sure what the problem was, but there is a foul odor stench that hits you every time you enter the building. Thank God it wasn't present on the 3rd floor, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed there. That said, it was still disconcerting to have to deal with that odor every time you enter the property.

Hard to say. You won’t get a better service for this money in Barcelona.

The location is probably the best possible in all the city: literally in the Wax Museum. Just a few meters to the port, the Barceloneta beach, the Ramblas and the Gothic area. Trust me on this: you won’t find a better location. The place is extremely clean and the beds are very comfy. Even if my rate didn’t include the breakfast, they left in the bedroom coffee, cookies, chocolate milk… for free. Lovely staff ever.

Very friendly and helpful staff - Alphonso helped us get our 2 suitcases and 2 large duffle bags up to the hotel reception and found a safe place to store until our room was ready. Ambar showed us to our room and showed us the common areas for guests. Both Ambar and Alphonso provided excellent suggestions for places to visit and eat. All staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

When I was arriving to Barcelona, my flight is canceled for some reason by the flight company. So I come one day late in the barcelona. When I want to rearrange my check in dates and lower price for one day. The owners of property declined my request. This situation create a disappointed because the hotel is good. I suggest the the owner they would become more understandable.

The hotel is answered quickly and friendly. The location is awesome. Thank you for their smile face when they service.

It’s not really a hotel. It’s like an Airbnb house with lots of rooms. No receptionist for most of the day. the noise was dreadful at night. No lift and a lot of stairs to get up to the bedroom.
