Two streets from the beach. Excellent service. Modern and clean hotel. I enjoyed relaxing in the Balinese beds by the swimming pool. Excellent breakfast buffet too.

Dining room was a bit crazy an manic and if you didn't get a table close to the food, it was hard to find a route around the dining tables without cliding with someone else. Dining area needs re-designing with larger tables, our table for 2 was very small, we had to keep getting up and down to get food as the surface area on table was so small

The room terrace was lovely. Food choice to suit most although selection wasn't as much as hoped. Overall relaxing and enjoyable 3 night Springtime break before moving to a different area on Mallorca

The restaurant didn’t list the dishes at breakfast and dinner so as somebody with dietary preferences/allergies, I struggled deciding what to eat so my options were limited. Also I don’t understand why i had to pay separately for soft drinks during dinner despite having a half board reservation. I even had to pay for water!

The room was fantastic, the terrace on top was a beautiful touch. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Tony the restaurant manager.

The location is perfect for beach lovers. Parks near by to keep kids busy. Pleanty of dining options available around the area, but seasonal.

I didn’t like the fact it took nearly 20 mins to be checked in & we were the only people checking in at that time…. Only one pillow each in the room & a show pillow which was pathetic. Not even a spare pillow in the wardrobe. The aircon in the room only pumped out hot air even though it was set down to 10-15 degrees & in the cold setting but it just pumped out hot air already in a roasting room so we had to leave the patio door open all night so we could get some cool air as it was just too hot in their. The bathroom does not offer privacy for people sharing a room, the door does not lock & you can also see through the glass & see whom is in their doing what they need to do etc Breakfast was not that pleasant, some of the hot food was stone cold & tasted bland, some was overcooked.

I loved the location of the property as it was only couple mins walk to the beach. Hotel was kept nice & clean & staff were lovely. Lovely fresh juices at breakfast & good cold buffet selection

We didn’t get a room with a swimming pool view as booked. Room was dusty, the bed frame was moldy.

The breakfast and dinner were good, wellness is not included in the price. You can book a massage, but they don’t tell you that. You can rent bike or scooter in the hotel. Hotel is in a good location, near sea and shops, bus station.

Wellness Spa had no changing area so had to go back to room in the lift in wet swimsuit. Very small for size of the hotel.

Rooms could of been cleaned better . Dust on rims of the sofa bed . Noticeable pile of dust around door frames. Poor shower floor layout , flooded the whole bathroom everytime after shower .

Fabulous breakfast choice lovely and helpful staff . Hotel easy to find . Good transport route to airport and into palma city.

Initially, the room we got was not properly cleaned. When I complained, they resolved it around first thing in the morning.

You have to pay extra to get spa (5-10e) and the pool with massages (super weak ones) was not warm. So there was only room temperature pool and ice bath. Sauna was good, but why in the spa (also in the dinner area) was playing loud reggaeton party music from the speakers? Who wants to relax in the sauna while club music is booming from the speakers?

Hotel was nice looking and clean. Breakfast and dinner was good. Pool area outside was also lovely. Hotel workers were also kind to us. The price-quality ratio on point.

The rooms are tired and the hotel requires renovation. We stay in a roof top room which was very peaceful but the terrace was old, as was the jacuzzi

The room was not checked for any problems before check-in. We had to show everything we encountered, although it should have been done by those who service the room, without waiting for complaints from guests. The rooms with a private jacuzzi are on the top floor, but there are also external elements of the air conditioning for the entire building, so the noise never stops. If you are sensitive to sounds, take this into account. The spiral staircase to the roof to the jacuzzi is not safe enough - you need to protect your head when going out onto the terrace and take your time so as not to fall. I would like another layer of protection in the area of ​​the stairs. The maid was so helpful that she persistently tried to get into the room despite the "do not disturb" sign to finish her duties (it seems we interrupted her process and did not understand each other). We hope that our comments encouraged the staff and will help this hotel become simply impeccable. In any case, despite our "adventures", we recommend this hotel for a romantic weekend.

Room with private jacuzzi. Private, gorgeous view, great room, quite clean and modern. Close to the beach. Friendly and polite attitude of the staff (special thanks to Iryna). All misunderstandings that arose were quickly resolved, inconveniences compensated. Great choice of dishes for breakfast, beautiful design and presentation. Dinner was taken separately for only 9 euros (all drinks for an additional fee), no restaurant will feed you so tasty, varied and beautifully for that kind of money! Our weekend was a success. Thank you for the excellent service.
