The reception didn’t tell us about the daily events the hotel held, so we only learned about them on our last day there, where it was too late. We would have very much liked to participate in those events if we had been told about them

- very noisy because of the ocean, the windows of the balcony weren’t very helpful to mask the noise (we had a sea view room, don’t know if it is the same on the other side of the hotel) - expensive parking, but we used the free one across the street next to the baseball field, though it was in a dirt field (be careful because there aren’t crosswalks)

- friendly staff - very nice pool and other activities on site (padel, yoga, pilates, bingo) - very nice view of the ocean, the coastline and the sunset - good breakfast - nice lounge for drinks

Some problems with key cards and slight wear-and-tear in the bathroom, but nothing major.

Super friendly staff, very good exercise facilities (gym, tennis). Pool and restaurants were also up to standard. Beautiful views of both the sea and mountains.

Staff were super helpful special shout to Richi, Elvira,Julia ,Ariana and Hen . Made my son feel special and helped us out with local travel and we're overall super friendly staff. Breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement as well as the dinner buffet

It is on top of a hill so the noise of the watee hitting the rock is too loud and the screeching noise of the blacony doors due to the strong wind the whole night was too much.Apart from that the hotel is mainly full of old Germans its more for the older people majority german pensioniers.For children i would not recommend.But anyone that loves peace and quiet this the best place for you.

The property is very clean,roomed cleaned everyday its not noisy.Food is amazing.You get a glass of wine to welcome you.The staff are also kind and good.

The bedding was disappointing—a single, small cover for two people, which felt insufficient. Also, it was a bit unusual as it wasn’t inside a duvet cover. After requesting a second blanket, we received one, as well as an iron, which was helpful.

Stunning ocean view! However, be aware that the waves crashing against the shore can be quite loud, especially during intense swell conditions. That said, we still managed to sleep well. Fantastic breakfast with a good selection, including gluten-free options. Overall, the facilities and service were very good. Though the hotel is a bit far from the city center, shuttle buses are available, and it’s a lovely walk along the coastline.

In the room, the sliding glass door no longer locked properly, and with the wind, it kept rattling all night. Moreover, the hotel was undergoing renovations. Poor Wi-Fi connection.

The common areas of the hotel are truly beautiful. From the balcony of our room, we enjoyed a lovely view of the sea. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner, served as a buffet, were varied and plentiful, and the meals were satisfactory. It was pleasant to have breakfast facing the ocean. The hotel offered us chocolates and a lovely card for our wedding anniversary, which we particularly appreciated. Additionally, we found plenty of free parking spaces nearby, which was very convenient.

The pool bar wasn't really a pool bar you could'nt drink and put your leg inside rhe pool. The near beach was contemplate with a poop warer ans was closed and not possible to swim there. The hotel were dominated with German grandpa and grandma and also lot's of kids.

The room cleaning it is almost not existing. The floor was dirty and remained like this the entire week. The bath was smelling, and the door to the terrace was not closing properly. The reception can offer more information related to what to visit, how to arrive in the centre, and the facilities of the hotel. During my stay the hotel was refurbished and the construction noise was present in some days at 8 a.m in the morning, maybe after 9.30 it has been better.

The pools and gardens are really nice and well maintained. The safeguard from the pool is so kind, offered to my kid different toys for pool. The mini golf is quite nice, and my kid absolutely loved it. The location is amazing, beautiful sunset and so nice to hear the waves of the sea when go to sleep. 5 -10 minutes from Loro Parc and the beach by walking. Easy to arrive at a supermarket or to go out through motorway. The small minimarket inside the hotel is really helpful. The breakfast is good, it can be a little bit better, but the chefs are really nice and if you need something really special they are trying to help you. You can park around the hotel for free, but it can be a little bit crowded.

The resort is in much needed need of a renovation. Carpet is old and smells, more USB Ports near the bed. There was only one and it was next to the tv. Refrigerator did not cool enough.

The views!! Absolutely stunning!! The resort grounds are beautiful. They have kept up with the tennis courts and mini golf as well as the gardens.
