We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesBreakfast was very lacking. No eggs or bacon, no mugs for coffee machine. Seemed understaffed. It was part of the visit I was looking forward to, but we only went 1 of 3 days as a result.
Rooftop pool and lounging area was fantastic! Enjoyed the sauna and indoor pool as well. Very friendly front desk staff and exceptionally clean. Liked the bike rental option and parking.

BulgariaThe rent-a-car service is not so good. There is no place to return the car, and you should search by yourself. In our case, this took 1 hour as the area around the hotel was busy. The hotel staff refused to help with returning the car.
The room was good, clean and comfortable. The SPA center is fine but allows up to 8-10 people at a time. The breakfast is good, with a lot of different options. Central location.

IrelandThe hotel is situated in a safe location (literally beside the police station) and walkable distance to all areas. There are supermarkets on the left end of the street, very handy for getting water or toiletries if needed. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They speak good English and no problem in communication. Room was very clean and spacious. Two types of pillows are available. Shower unit is great with good water pressure and temperature. However if you are not a couple you may find a little tricky on privacy. The Spa has a great pool and steam room plus sauna. The roof top also has a dipping pool but the weather prevented us from using the roof top facilities during our stay which was unfortunate. It will be great in the summer months. Breakfast was decent with different choices of hot food and plenty of cold cuts and continental breakfast selection. It can get a little busy during peak hours but we never had too much toue finding a table. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend to family and friends.
