Room was fabulous. Great bed, pillows, shower, etc. Loved the bathrobe, coffee maker, small bottle of wine in the room and the delicious cookies in the lobby. Umbrellas available for rain.

Wish I had booked a suite.. my fault not the hotel’s. Parking a little problematic because you must unload baggage in Bus Lane and park farther away from hotel.

There is nothing to complain about, everything is so thought out, from the welcome snacks in the lobby to the beautiful decor of the room.

The Radisson Collection Bilbao’s location is great, close to the river, old town and beautiful restaurants. It made exploring the city very easy and doable by foot. we got upgraded due to it being a celebratory weekend getaway, and my gosh we were spoilt. The staff were extremely kind and generous with their time. The rooftop terrace was divine, escaping the wind and a sun trap to sit & relax in.

the hotel is in a fab location, only a short distance from the old town, opposite a metro station and right in the heart of the shopping district. Great size rooms and very quiet. lovely friendly staff and a nice rooftop bar.

the cleaning staff did not take dirty dishes or replace coffee supplies. the air conditioning was temperamental, the roof top bar had minimal choices of snacks to go with drinks. no chips, crackers, nuts only a few things for 4 E for one bite. we had the choice of pizza, fries etc from room service but could not consume at bar although we were guests.

Scales had low battery/ didn’t work. could not find the information in the room on restaurant/ spa or details of the hotel. Pillows didn’t suit me.

The room is cramped, not really any place to put luggage even though we took a slightly bigger room. The bathroom layout is a bit awkward and shower and bath area very impersonal.

I was disappointed the be told that the spa was €20 per person per day. As this was a short trip, we wanted to quickly experience the facilities that you would expect to be part of the whole charge. Also, I understand that staffing was tight in the bar one evening, but to be rudely told that it was a 20 minute wait and then have the girl (young, short (RBF) with big wavy hair) turn her back on us was disappointing, especially when the bar staff, as a whole, were friendly under those circumstances.

The hotel was comfortable, nicely decorated and in a perfect location. Jordi in particular on reception was welcoming and offered friendly advice about how to get around the city. Management, I hope, recognise my comment about Jordi and praise his work ethic.

It’s a chain but a very well-appointed, large room. The bed was very comfortable and it was wonderful having an additional space to relax with the sofa. The bathroom was compact but managed to fit a great tub and separate shower and a heated towel rack, all smartly decorated. The location was absolutely perfect.
