breakfast very poor, the standard of the hotel is 3 stars no more, fake pictures, communist style rooms, you do not feel any comfort that you are in a 4 star hotel, for this price I could rent a real 4 star hotel with comfortable feeling

The staff was very helpfull, friendly and professional. The room was amazing, with jacuzzi, huge comfortable bed with a cosy duvet. Lots of space to rest and relax. Good view, not far away from the sea and popular beach, shopping mall and pharmacy. I was with my 1 year old baby and it was really great, but it would be even better for a couple (double sinks, jacuzzi and shower, spacious bed). I haf a great time and next time I am bringing my partner with me! I can recommend it to everyone who appreciates comfort, Swedish style room, and relax with a good sleep and good bath.

Location ideal, very comfortable accomodations for a family, and the rooftop is an incredible place to lounge and enjoy.

Nothing to dislike about this property.

Staff were available 24hrs a day, and were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was situated within walking distance to local bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. There was a taxi rank and bus stop outside of the hotel, which was great for travelling into Barcelona city and beyond.The rooms were excellent value for money and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Thank you for making us all feel so welcome!

Bed wasn't the most comfortable & squeeked at slightest movement . Sounded like a camp bed 🤣

We loved the location. We were at the Primavera festival which 20/25 min walk and an hour from Barcelonetta. The area Poblanou is amazing has some great Wee places on the Rambles, too many to choose from & a new local gin distillery-Corpen! Poblanou metro a 10 min walk..perfect. Staff were very helpful & friendly Hotel was clean & pool area on roof was ace with some amazing views of the ocean & mountains in distance. A great spot to cool down in pool when super hot! The pool towels were a bonus Because of some poor reviews made us anxious about the hotel but were very happy on arrival Realising the poor reviews were un-warranted View was decent as well could see the ocean ! Never have we ever! Wi-fi was better than expected .only dropped out once at 2am.

The hotel is definitely not something luxurious and I am not sure why they have 4 stars. The rooms have all basic necessities, but have not been renovated in a while. They can definitely make more effort with the cleaning - for example the vents for the air conditioner are dusty and haven’t been cleaned in a while. Overall, the hotel is in need of a renovation as it is easy to see it hasn’t been updated in a while. Our shower was very uncomfortable as there is no door or separation from the bathroom, it was also build on a little raised platform compared to the floor tiles in the bathroom, therefore water would go everywhere. There is no good ventilation in the bathroom too. The pool on the top of the hotel is much smaller than the pictures make it out to be and looks to be no more than a meter deep, therefore it is more like a pond, rather than a real pool. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel, we asked the staff about the restaurant but even they didn’t seem excited at all about eating there, so we decided to skip. There is also no iron in the room, so we had to ask for one at the reception. Overall, I would say that the value for the money you pay is not good, but compared to the other more expensive hotels in Barcelona I guess it is cheaper.

The hotel is at a good location, the beach is close and there is a metro station at 7-10 mins walking distance. We had breakfast included in our stay, which was definitely making it easier for us to have something to eat in the morning before going out. There was never a big crowd and always available tables to have a long breakfast. The reception staff was helpful and friendly.

Beds too close together. Shower loose on wall. Curtains didn’t shut properly. No tea or coffee facilities. 3 coat hangers for 2 people. No English tv. No chairs. Very very basic
