At check in Albert was very helpful. He let us leave our bags at reception early in the day so we could enjoy the city before checking in that afternoon. Bar staff at the pool were fast and friendly. Rooms were clean and quite. We walked to the beach only 5 minutes away.

Our first room was very dated. Did not have the facilities listed when we booked. The shower didn't work. No vegetarian hot breakfast options. Dim lighting

Nice hotel near to the beach, bit of a walk into the main city but bonus was the underground parking.

The beds were a bit hard and the fan in the bathroom didnt work.

The hotel felt a little dated and slightly like student accommodation. The breakfast was of poor quality. There were plenty of restaurants behind the hotel in Poble Nou so found better options outside the hotel.

We attended the skating event which was literally across the road The location was perfect and the rooftop terrace lovely.

The day cleaning could be a bit more extensive. We went for breakfast and we came back to the room after 10 minutes and room was already cleaned. So they just cleaned very superficially the bathroom and made the beds but floor was not cleaned at all and shower had still some hairs.

Loved the pool on the top roof. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. My mattress was very soft the first night and I couldn’t sleep well. The changed it for a one more firm and I slept like a baby!

We ordered this kebab offer at the roof bar. It was microwave meat and looked raw in the middle. The man offered to microwave it more. You could not eat it. I know its just meant to be a day time snack. if I was the hotel I would not offer it. But that was my only minor issue.

The people on reception were very helpful with great advice on getting about the city and thing to watch out for. The hotel was clean and tidy. With fresh towels and bedding every day. The breakfast was great with very good and varied selection. I would stay here again.

Hallways were sometime noisy with guests coming back later

Staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble. They upgraded us to a premium room as it was my birthday! Rooftop bar/pool lovely got busy in the PM

Nice roof top pool to cool down in, location good for visiting beach. Basic amenities in bathroom, didnt know what was in shower as no label on it. Hotel seemed a lot more modern on website compared to what it actually looks like. Good selection for breakfast and comfy bed. Used airport transfer for early morning flight which was reliable and comfortable.

Cooridoors are very dated and need a revamp and defuser!

Curtains didn't close all the way.

Great hotel in a great location. Clean and good enough facilties. Roof top bar and pool was just enought to chill by and cool down on the sunny non-sight seeign days. Raphael at the roof top bar, is a top man! Saana is great too, just don't make her come in when she's ill. Hotel mamangement to blame there!

My only complain was that the air conditioner did not work at all. The staff were helpful but the problem with the AC did not get fix.

Drinks were ridiculous expensive so ended up out most evenings which is a shame as the roof top bar has a lovely view.

although las ramblas de poblenou is a lovely area, there is very little else near the hotel.

We had a suite which was a great size, the bath was a great feature and the size of the room was comfortable. The balcony was a nice touch but could be bigger. Close to Poblenou which is a lovely area.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived by car and could park it in the garage. This kept our car clean and safe. After arrival we had a chill stay at the rooftop and had a drink and swim. After that we walked to the nice Rambla del Poblenou. A very nice piece of Barcelona. Bare in mind that, if you arrive by car, you have to leave the main Barcelona ringway and you need to have tour licenseplate registered for enviromental matters! I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here for our trip to Mallorca with the ferry and had a good stopover here. We will come back!
