Room roasting. Portable Air Conditioner not properly installed therefore the heat was not expelled from the room so of no effect.

Absolute gem, local bar was closed so owner took us to a restaurant in town in his own car as we were on bicycles. a quirky and great spot if passing through this area

The hotel is old and beautiful. It has great character and charm. We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman who directed us to a local bar for food. Breakfast is simple and basic but absolutely fine for us.

There was nowhere to eat, after driving for 5 hours disappointing. One little bar in village didn't even do tapas. Had to drive into Calamocha where most places were closed & very limited choice! The owner (only staff we saw) told us at check in breakfast was at 9 am, we asked if we could have it earlier as long drive ahead but got no response. Pre-packaged food, white sliced bread & long life milk were on display in dining room but no hot drinks or anything appetising, so we left.

The building (an old family home) was amazing and we had a spacious bedroom & bathroom. In tiny sleepy village with no shops but surrounded by fields.

Great old parador type hotel very nice room with plenty of space and hot running water. I always judge the property by the towels and they were of good quality. Staff were very friendly and breakfast consisted of ham and cheese toast and jam with coffee and orange juice. Small tapas bar adjacent severing hot food and good beer

Hotel isolated in small community with restaurant and bar neither of which were open! Not a single place to eat in either of the small communities within driving distance so had to buy sandwiches/drinks in tiny supermarket and have in our room. Did manage to find a bar for a drink but no food/snacks/tapas nothing! If hotels have facilities which are not going to be open you should be advised at time of booking - this is just not acceptable!

Nothing actually wrong with the hotel though could do with an update - breakfast average.

Very old quaint property, not modern in any way, but host was extremely helpful and charming, bedrooms very clean, very quiet and restful, and the cost extremely reasonable. We would stay here again.

arrived late - no possibility for food or drink had to get back in car and drive to bar maybe plate of sandwiches and coffee could be booked for late travellers - then everything would be perfect!!

it’s is advertised as having a restaurant which is why I booked it as we are travelling by bicycle. after booking, the hotel said no restaurant which is not what is advertised. I then cancelled for this reason and got charged. I advise Booking.com to cancel this hotel from the site.
