The hotel is located in the old city 10 - 20 min walk to all historical attractions, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast is not at the hotel but there are lots of places with a lite to a more substantial breakfast within 100 m. Nice stuff and a clean room. It is easy to come to the address with the airport bus for 5 Euro, which leaves you 10 min away. Ticket for the bus you can buy on the bus and pay cash or with a card. No need to stress to the ticket machine at the bus station. In the old town, I would especially recommend the restaurant "Bar Santa Cruz "Las Columnas", 10 minutes away, in the old Jewish quarter, for its local feeling, tapas, and... prices!!! If you decide to go for - City tour on the red or green buses, I recommend it on the first day(s) to have time to take advantage of some of the walk-guided tours which are included in the ticket (24 Euro).

The roof in the lobby leaked during a rainstorm.

Location was in the middle of everything but on a side pedestrian block so very quiet. Lobby is like an onsite coffeeshop with good wifi.

Would have liked a safe in the room to store personal possessions, passport and money. There was no kettle in the room. However, one was supplied immediately upon request.

Location was excellent and within seconds of loads of eating options. Great list of best restaurants supplied by the hotel. They managed the bookings for you, which is great if do not speak Spanish. Very little English spoken in Seville - good English spoken by the reception staff at the hotel. One Restaurant I attended was a Michelin star restaurant and outstanding! Fabulous Coffee Shop in the Reception area of Room Select. Would definitely return here when returning to Seville!

A little hard to find as pedestrian area means a 5 min walk from taxi drop off. Do a little extra homework.

I liked my ground floor room. Great location. Many restaurant and bar choices nearby. Coffee and pastries available at entrance. Friendly 24hr desk person. Useable lobby with tables for laptop work. windows in my room operable for fresh air.

The bedroom door's closing mechanism can be a bit loud and you can hear people footsteps in the hallway if they don't make an effort to be quiet.

Staff was super welcoming, friendly and helpful with enquiries. I got some nice recommendations for restaurants as well as sightseeing routes.

The only thing I wasn't keen on was the glass screen separating the toilet/shower area but didn't impact our stay.

Staff were very helpful,coffee shop was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better location. The rooftop room was perfect, with an amazing view of the city, very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Hotel service is so-so. No breakfast service. There’s a cafe at the hotel so many strangers come in and out.

Room is spacious. Location is central, next to many tapas restaurants and also to Seville cathedral area. Close to bus stop to airport.

No privacy for the bathroom - it was just a glass wall next to the toilet so you can clearly view the person sitting on the toilet which is likely not to be ideal even if you are a couple. More suited to solo travellers. Sink was outside in the room area.

Location was great, close to the cathedral and Girala tower. Rooms were done up well and aesthetically pleasing.

Awesome location, value and service. Carolina at the reception was great! Provided great service, info and I even got free ticket to see the cathedral as another guest couldn’t make it. Highly recommend this chain.
