No cupboards means that everything has to stay in the backpacks. Also, having the shower inside the room where you sleep, with a single window available, means that the air can fill up with humidity quite a bit. But these are very very minor problems

Clean and cozy rooms. Not big, but large enough to sleep well. Optimal position in the city. Very nice breakfast (even if payed - but still less than in other places). Nicest staff possible, they helped us a lot during the stay.

Only real thing I would have liked is a safe in the room. I wasn’t bothered by no hotel breakfast, lots of places in the area do a good affordable breakfast. Some other reviews complained about the noise, but I will say yes to that but also it’s kinda no different to if you live in an apartment, you’ll hear people walking to their rooms / if they’re talking loudly in the corridors etc because the place is quite echo-ey. The noise didn’t overly bother me.

The location was fantastic. Most things I wanted to do were within a 5-7 minute walk or I could take a 5 min walk to get to the tram station. I stayed in a deluxe single room as a solo female traveller and felt very safe here. The room was comfy and suitable for 1 person but the bed was big enough to relax properly in. Staff were kind and helpful, cleaners were lovely and friendly too. Housekeeping was a lot later than most hotels I’ve been to but that wasn’t a problem once I knew.

Absolutely nothing. This hotel was perfect for what I needed, which was a budget-friendly room in a central location where I would feel safe as a lone female traveller, I got all these things.

This hotel was truly exceptional for the price. I was worried I'd pay a premium for being in a central location but I was wrong. This hotel was mere minutes walk from everything I needed and wanted to see, the furthest I walked was to the Plaza De Espana which took 20 minutes but was a truly beautiful walk. Everything else was less than 10 minutes walk away. There were some lovely little bars and cafes on the doorstep, and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The hotel itself was amazing - the staff were so helpful and let me leave my bag at the hotel a few hours before check-in and again for a few hours after I checked out and this was not a problem at all, they were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean, and my room was just gorgeous. I was honestly so impressed, it felt like a boutique hotel but for a really budget-friendly price.

Everything was perfect!

Perfect staying at this small and modern hotel in the heart of Sevilla. The room was nice, cosy, and clean. I didn't have a great view from my window, but the rooftop on the fourth floor was easily accessible and I could enjoy an amazing sunset. The cafeteria at the entrance is very handy and it has a good choice of hot beverage and pastries for breakfast. The staff were always welcoming and smiling. I really recommend this hotel, and I am sure I will come back here if I visit Sevilla again.

Just a couple of things that may be useful for people to know. The entrance is set back from the street so it would be easy to miss it. The cafe in the foyer only serves coffee in cardboard cups, for this reason I did not have breakfast there. There was an extremely heavy comforter on the bed which I obviously didn't need given that the temperatures were in the high 30s. I found it very difficult to remove from the bed and fold, it was so heavy, and then I had to find somewhere to put it. I also found it quite difficult to find my way around the corridors and to find the stairs but if I had been there for more than one night I am sure I would have got my bearings. And lastly, as others have mentioned, and this is clear from the photos, the glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom will not suit everyone. I am a solo traveller so it was no bother to me.

Very much as I expected. Excellent location, spotlessly clean, very pleasant staff. There is a lift which is always welcome and I got a little balcony which I didn't expect. Very good blackout blind on the bedroom window, aircon worked well (although I didn't need it overnight in spite of the heat), comfortable bed, organic shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer which worked well. It was also surprisingly quiet considering my room overlooked the street (the advantage of being set back a little). I would highly recommend this place.

Can't beat it for location! Central to everywhere you want to be, but tucked away so that it's quiet when you want to sleep. Also, the little cafe in the entrance is so convenient.

Bedsheets and douvet looked a bit worn out and smelt a bit 'old'.

The guys are reception were AMAZING! The decor of the whole building is insane. Very boutique-like. It has a very special feeling to it. Definitely great stay. Amazing value for money, for sure!

Absolutely great location, could walk to everything I wanted to see and do. Hotel felt super safe, and had a 24hr reception. My terrace room (a last minute upgrade) was wonderful, I could sit out there in the evening. Honestly, everything was perfect for me.
