Breakfast starts at 8 am. I could not have breakfast because it was too late for me to get to work afterwards.

It was clean and it has a safe to keep valuables in the room.

The check-in was very late; I first got into the room at 4:00 PM, even though check-out starts at 12:00 PM. While there was some space to hang clothes, it was quite limited. Adding extra hooks or additional hanging options would be helpful.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and tidy with a nice view. We were allowed to leave our belongings in the room for storage since we arrived at the hotel around 2:00 PM.

Wife was awoken by nightclub turning out at 4 AM but I didn´t hear it

Basic but clean, close to the beaches and main strip, plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything within a 10 min walking distance. Fortunately our room was ready early so we were able to check in around mid day.

The building. If you struggle with walking this hotel is not for you. It's at the top of a hill, pavements aren't great, reception is down a flight of stairs and although there is a lift to rooms it's on a split level so you either have to go up or down a flight of stairs to get to your room. We stayed in 2 rooms during our stay, 1st room tiny with no balcony but a window opening onto the middle of hotel where opposite room was about 2 meters away, 2nd room had balcony on 6th floor which felt very high so didn't venture out. Overpriced, wouldn't stay again

There was an option to have breakfast by the reception area which although continental was great value for money. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard

Could have done with more locker and wardrobe space.

The room I stayed in was cleaned daily. It was spotless. Very good shower and the room was spacious with a small balcony. The location was excellent also with a small beach nearby and the centre of the town could be reached with ease as it was only a short walk away. Staff were friendly as well.

Have a quest parking spaces but I know it is difficult in Salou. Parking was not the problem.

The room I booked was enough for two , being alone, it meant more space for me, very quiet area, secure entry, 10 minutes walk downtown, 2 minutes to the beach.

The only issue was the bed sheets seemed to have a stain on both beds

The location was excellent and so were the staff it was beautiful inside and the balcony area was so big! The water pressure was so good and you could see all the rollercoasters going in Port Aventura

I chose this property mainly because of the “breakfast included” option that goes with a beautiful room but unfortunately they don’t serve breakfast. Before paying for an option WITH breakfast, it’s better to contact this hotel directly or search around their websites, idk, and find any info whether they serve it. It was a very weird experience for me, because I’ve traveled a lot and never encountered this kind of issue. Receptionist just told me “we have a problem” about it and that’s all.

Entry is a bit weird like many Spanish properties through a residential block. Elevator also doesn’t stop on actual floor level so some carrying bags up stairs is required.

Location and friendly staff. Room were nice and clean and modern.
