Internet very slow in our room and with several warnings, how "dangerous" it is to sign in wifi and that all the data I have in my phone is at risk to be "stolen".

Location and staff are truly a "10". Very good breakfast. Hotel clean and very nicely decorated.

Self service breakfast which i dont mind but cooked breakfast (scrambled eggs, beans and mushrooms, bacon were either cold or just lukewarm)

Easy check in, staff friendly, room very clean and comfortable bed (slept very well). Location good, nice and quiet - only 2 or 3 min walk to beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. Good enough selection for breakfast. Rooftop area was lovely, plenty of places to lie out on. Would go back!!

Lovely hotel. All facilities were perfect and staff were very helpful when it came to local transport. The only issue with our stay was the beds, two singles pushed together instead of a double which was quite uncomfortable for me and my boyfriend. Other than that, it was a very lovely stay and great value for your money.

The location of the hotel is excellent, literally two minutes from the sea. There are many grocery stores and bus stops nearby, so it is easy to get to the center. We had no problems with parking. The hotel staff is top notch - welcoming, polite and friendly. There were very good breakfasts, varied every day (and the buns 😍) The room itself is good, with a veranda, a comfortable mattress and its own shower. Of the minuses - there was a lot of hair on the floor upon check-in (that is not ours), uncomfortable pillows and poor sound insulation. But overall, our impression of the hotel is very positive and we would stay there again!

the pool is misleading from the photographs, any more than 3-4 people it would be cramped. The pool is very cold so none of us used it

the location is great, few minutes walk to the beach front, shops & bus stops. The hotel was clean other than the day beds by the pool. The shower was spotless & very powerful. One of our rooms was ready before check in time which they allowed access to. There is luggage holding before and after check out should you need it. The majority of staff were very friendly and helpful with the local public transport. information and guidance. Breakfast was a buffet type (a visible display of potential allergens wouldn't go a miss rather than having to ask about each item, which is probably as frustrating for them as it was for me.) our stay was enjoyable, but I don't think we would return as the pool was the reason we booked, sadly it was very cold

Bathroom ventilation didn't work, some issues with hot water circulation - hot water sometimes present in the cold water piping circuit.

Very good receptionists (the young man should smile sometimes), good breakfast, room was cleaned daily, good value for the money.

Pool - pictures on the website do not represent the reality at all - the pool is like 9 meters square - it is very very small. But we did not come to swim in the pool so we did not care Cleaning also was questionable - when we have arrived the floor was not cleaned at all I assume. And since people come for the beach to this place, of course lots of sand “arrives” to the room - and after the next day make up we had all the sand remained. But the other day - I think the cleaning lady had changed - the room was cleaned way better. Mallorca airport is just 6 min away buy car, so someone can be disturbed buy the noise of the planes, but it was not so bad at night for us, cuz if you close everything , can’t hear those so loudly anymore

So, the location is amazing - 2 minutes from the bus stop, 3 minutes from the beach and 9 min from Mercadona supermarket. We have rented a car and since the parking in Mallorca is free and you can park almost anywhere, there were lots of places to do so, next to the hotel - just u need some luck to get it as close as possible. Breakfast was ok - didn’t have a variety of choice - but the hotel is also not big itself, but food was nice and the coffee was amazing ! Idk which roast they use, but it was great! Staff is also very helpful and friendly ! Extra thanks to these guys! The beds were okay - and pillows were - to our taste - comfy cuz they were not as high as Spanish love to have sometimes. And more less it was quite.

The pool was much smaller than the picture made it look. The room, and building in general, wasn’t sound isolated at all, this coupled with a close proximity to the airport made for a lot of noise.

From our room we can hear people in the lobby who came from party at midnight . They don’t have hairdryer. We can hear the airplane even the door is closed.

Directly in the city centre, near to the bus station, near to the beach and airport the breakfast was so good with the nice coffees. Tv was so big, bed is clean and bathroom is clean.

The rooftop pool wasn’t heated… but it was still lovely after my flight from the rainy UK!

Good location for beach and 15 min walk from Ca’n Pastilla. Easy taxi from airport. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Balcony. Rooftop pool open till 11pm. Nice shower.

The pool on the roof was tiny-just a plunge pool More parosols needed Breakfast didnt start until 8.00 so if leaving early you missed it.
