Great location very close to the beach. Modern interior very clean inside rooms with working air conditioning and a balcony. Small toiletries provided with fridge and safe in the room. Good breakfast selection of pastries, cheeses, cold meats and warm offerings. Fresh juice and coffee made at request. Small pool and seating area on the top floor.

I didn’t really enjoy the breakfast, it was alright, but very basic and everyday were serving the same food. There wasn’t freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, just a cheap juice from the carton box. The swimming pool on top of the hotel it’s just a bit bigger than a jacuzzi, with a few sun-beds. The small bar on the rooftop was not functional.

The hotel is close to the beach, about 5 minutes walking, the location is close to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. The bus station which takes you to the airport or to Palma Cathedral is literally across the street from the hotel, 2 minutes walking.

staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly, room was basic but clean and had everything I needed, roof terrace was nice, a real sun trap, shower and changing facilities were available after check out free of charge for my late flight. also only 10 mins from airport so perfect for a short trip.

i had the pool above my room and the sound was really loud during the night even with no open windows. could hear the water clucking and the cleaning mechanism. im sure the room could have been switched but since I already unpacked and it was in the middle of the night it was far off from convenient.

really nice staff and nice welcoming. it was really close to the airport which I needed because of an early flight.

Although it says it has Air conditioning it would have been nice if it worked. We spoke to reception who advised the air-con works as a full unit for all the building, as we went in May it was still on the heating system not Air-con, as it wasn't classed as their summer yet, once it is they will swap it to the air on system. So quite a few sticky nights sweltering with the 19 degree heat. We were in room 304, directly under the pool, you can hear the water being drained and the jets turning on, very hard to have a mid day nap! The people in the room next to us we could hear each night, if you are a light sleeper it will probably keep you up, you can hear them using the toilet and I can only guess they could hear us too. They also are surrounded by dogs from their neighbours, they bark most of the day (Can't be helped) but are quiet on a night time. The shower (I can only assume when the hotel was full) did go from cold to hot, however once it was quieter (Again an assumption as we didn't need to book for breakfast on this day) the shower temp was perfect. The receptionist did advise we were the first English speaking guests they have seen at the hotel, It was a perk for us I know some people go away to socialise with others so may be a con for some. (Nothing to do with the hotel but...….) the bars on the sea front are more for the older generation, if you take a 15-25 min walk to the left you have a younger 'instagramable' side, to the right is more day time chill out than a meal out.

The Breakfast selection was brilliant, definitely catered for everyone. Pastry's, cereal, meat and cheese options, a full English cooked breakfast, all as a buffet. The Chef pops out every 10-15 mins to check everything is topped up and will make more if required. Breakfast was booked in 1 hour slots due to the hotel being busy, however towards the end of our stay it was quieter so booking was not required. (Starting from 8:15am - 10:45am From what I recall) The language barrier I would expect to find in a cheaper hotel was not there. all the members of staff spoke good English, the hotel while we were there was predominantly German (Perfect for us as we didn't wish to speak to anyone) And the staff spoken to them fluently. The room was cleaned each day (I am a bugger for clean towels!) sand swept, bins emptied, I would have liked to see more little bars of soap provided as we used the one bar after 2 days. They also provided hair and body wash, hair dryer and a really good size fridge. The beach was less than 100 steps away! and the 'proper' supermarket no more then 50 (The supermarket if you come out of the hotel turn left, then right, at the end of the road take another left and keep walking they have a big red sign, just note the supermarket does not allow you in with swimwear and you have to be covered up as a local) Although quite small, the room was perfect for me and my partner to share, I would have probably struggled with our room size if it was me and a friend however if I was with a friend I would have chosen a Twin room opposed to a double. We didn't spend much time by the pool but what we did was lovely, it was up on the roof top with glass panels surrounding the walk / sunbathe area it has a nice little breeze but not too much that it was cold. The water was FREEZING but what can you expect on a day in May!

There was not any iron facilities or an iron to use within the hotel, even though it was mentioned in the brochure in the room. Only a couple of people from the stuff were speaking English so sometimes it was hard to communicate. One night we returned back to the hotel at around 11pm and there was no hot water to have a shower. We had to go down to the reception as the phone in the room was not working to let them know and still after half an hour there was only warmish water not hot to use for shower. We tried to use air con for cold air one day but didn’t seem to be working so we just opened the door for some fresh air - this was not mentioned to the reception as we could somehow sleep with open doors.

Really nice small hotel, Nice rooms. We stayed in 2 budget rooms, they looked excatly like on the pictures. Small balcony. We stayed on the 1st floor so not a nice view from balcony but we didnt mind. We were mostly outside anyways. Really close to the beach and airport. Around 15 min from Palma. Very good breakfasts. Helpful ladies at the reception. Happy to keep our laguages after check out, and happy to call the taxi for us when we had to get to the airport. Overall we enjoyed it. Comfy beds. On 4th floor small pool to cool.down and nice seating area.

From the 9 hours I was there, there wasn’t anything I did not like about the property

I stayed only for a quick night before going to the airport super early- But it was very clean and bed was comfortable- there was taxi service 24 hours so no worries about getting to the airport on time - also they made me coffee before my taxi came even though the cafe was not open

Myself and another guest both booked a room online and received one different from the pictures, either with a single bed while the picture showed a big room with a double bed, or for the guests (a couple) they booked a double bed and the receptionist told them they could only have the room with two singles. These couldn't be moved. The hotel should be more accurate in the photos associated with the booking.

I could not reach the front desk from my room using the phone, the tv did not work and they said they would fix it and then didn’t, I had to constantly ask for clean towels because they wouldn’t replace them, and when I arrived to check in they told me if I wanted to use the safe it would be an extra fee although that was not mentioned anywhere in their website or in the booking details prior. It seems like they want to squeeze as much money out of you asap possible because you’re a “tourist”

I liked the position nearby the beach, the cleaning quality and most importantly the kindness and help provided from all the staff, even post check-out when we returned for showers back to the hotel after a whole day at the beach (we got clean towels, possibility to use the shower before heading to the airport)

2nd time staying at Seasun Aniram and it won’t be the last, which speaks volumes about the property. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, the staff are kind and very outgoing to ensure your needs are met and you enjoy your stay (especially the lady who works the front desk durning the AM didn’t manage to catch her name), it isn’t the biggest hotel which is a good thing as areas such as breakfast restaurant/roof pool are not over crowded. As far as breakfast buffets go considering the size of hotel it is very good, food is fresh and flowing. Hotel itself isn’t on the beachfront but don’t let that put you off I rather enjoyed this, as it’s nice to be away from all the bars/music etc. Hotel is also very close to airport, which is always a bonus 15 mins max. All round brilliant 2nd stay at Seasun Anriam, Thanks guys hopefully be back soon!

The proximity of the airport leads to sometimes hearing the airplane noise in the room, but still not bad

In my opinion the hotel is a great value for the money. The room was super clean and you could get fresh towels everyday and small tidy up of the room on a daily basis. What I liked the most is having really good coffee for breakfast prepared from the staff in the bar. Location very close to Palma Aquarium and two bus stops very close to hotel. The staff is very friendly as well. I would come back definitely.

There no cold during our 4 days stay. Ive told twice but they didnt fix it.. it was the uncomfortable vacation we ever had. You cant take a shower cause the water is very hot.

There were no water glasses, cups or kettle in the room. The safe did not work - there was no key to set it up. From cosmetic accessories there were only soap and shower gel. There was no shelf or hook in the shower. There is actually no door to the toilet - it is glass, does not close, there are large gaps between the ceiling, floor and door. We didn't notice this in the photo when we booked the room. To us this seems like a very strange solution for a family or couple room. The bedding was quite old, with lint. The pillows are also very old and worn out, uncomfortable, definitely need replacing. The rooms have poor noise insulation, at night we woke up to the fact that someone was checking into the neighboring room, although it was clear that the person was trying not to make noise. It's not all that critical, so our vacation wasn't ruined, but this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Expectations were not met and in our opinion the price does not match the quality.
