Nothing really apart from one Mr Grumpy barman but maybe he was just having a bad day.

Great location...nice little pool bar for drinks and snacks...decent size lounge room that overlooks the main street with drinks and food and entertainment there in the evening. Restaurant was a good size. Breakfast was as you'd expect and evening meal was very good. OK gym open to everyone and a jacuzzi for the "high rollers" 😉

There were no available loungers at the pool no matter what time you came, so because of that pool area was unusable. Breakfast was ok but not great, lots of options but really edible were fried eggs, pancakes and fruit - cannot ruin these things.

When I called the receptionist last night, she told me that she cannot do anything about my concern because she is a receptionist, she must have said it in a nice way. I find it rude but anyways that is okay. Everything turns out fine after all.

We have a great day staying, and I can say that staying for one night is not enough. Will be back on this hotel. We got a reservation with breakfast included and the food was great, the coffee is great as well.

Not really a did not like, but the late check out procedure could have been more smoothly. My partner went down three times to check what the possibilities are. Another preferred option would be to have the reception, who was aware of this request the evening before, call if the manager was in to have it settled right away instead of having the guest walk down 3 times. We did manage to get a late check out and overall all is well.

Second visit as the first was also pleasant. Took my partner with me this time and we enjoyed a lovely San Juan.

needs more coffee and juice machines at breakfast. the coffee machine in room was hopeless better idea would be a kettle with coffee saches but in the pool bar they serve nice capachino.the method of payment we were asked to follow was terrible. payment at the property should be the only way.

warm shallow swimming pool, nice rooms, near centre beside bars and shops, half board was good value if you like grilled pork and chicken.

The service was poor. The breakfast was terrible something I would not expect from a 4 star hotel. Even in low season with the parking empty, they charge money. I wouldn't recommend this place. The room were not silent, you could hear people walking back to the rooms, loud.

The room was absolutely dirty!!! Bugs on the ceiling, dust and sand on a bed sheet(obviously wasn’t changed). Also the walls are very thin, I could hear the snoring of the guy from the next door all the night.

No tea making facilities in the room, no english speaking TV channels

Very nice staff, especially pool bar. The reception staff have a tendency to give your request, eg, towels etc, while not really acknowledging you and continuing their private conversations. Cleaners were great, but maybe a bit early at 9am to be knocking on the door!

There’s a baffling black star that to be amend it’s very simple: maintenance. The rooms close to the staff elevator, it’s impossible to have a nap during the day because each time it stops a the floor, it produces an annoying noise, just as if there were throwing a closing door, fortunately it was only during the day so at least by night we could rest. Also the shower curtain was held up only by 5 hooks so the appearance was uncomfortable besides that the whole bathroom floor got wet every time you showered.

A great friendly staff and food was very good and the hotel was as clean as a silver cup.

The pool is super comfortable and fun! The attention from Paula and Sam made the stay more pleasant, being very kind and attentive :)

First problem was the receptionist, who was abrupt and brief, never smiled, and who didn't tell us lots of basic information at check in, so we ended up wasting time a lot. For example, the safe didn't have a lock, and it turned out you had to go and get it with a deposit of €10, and then towels weren't available at the pool but at reception. The pool area is great but rules aren't enforced, there were plenty of people smoking or vaping, playing music on personal speakers, and jumping into the pool. All the best sunbeds were reserved with towels from the first hour - one was empty but covered with towels when we got there, and the owner of the towels only came to clear them 2 hours later when the pool closed, she was dressed for an evening out, and clearly had no intention of even using the sunbed. The staff at the pool needs to be more proactive in keeping it a pleasant space for everyone. Instead, the staff handed out ashtrays. One member of staff did tell some boys not to make waves, but then he disappeared and we never saw him again. Finally, we were given an awful room with a balcony that overlooked the bins. They could at least put a bamboo screen around the edge or something!!! I definitely wouldn't book this hotel again.

The pool is beautiful. Some of the staff were very friendly and nice. The breakfast is great.
