Our bungalow was very noisy as it was near the entrainment centre and bungalows occupied by young people. Due to this we had to close the windows so it was very hot. The bed was also VERY uncomfortable and gave me a bad back.

Kitchen area very basic without an oven with only one pan and a frying pan. No welcome pack.

Great location, quiet, no problem obtaining sunbed & parasol around the pool. Spacious apartment with fab shower & bathroom. Cleaned once every three days which we found adequate. We had an infestation of ants which was sorted out within 30 minutes after reporting the issue.

A little dated could do with updating and a few more saucepans/frying pans etc in the kitchen. Loads of steps not really a problem for us but could be for others with mobility issues.

Well positioned resort, close to the beach and shops, we stayed in room 170 with a really big terrace in the sun all day.

The apartment only had a 2 ring hotplate, no full size oven. There was a microwave and a limited number of pans, although a request at reception provided us with a new size pan. The room needed a lamp instead of the main light all the time. Had to request the room to be cleaned and towels changed on separate 3 times, not sure if they had forgotten to do ours or just missed us out. We were there for 4 weeks and sometimes the floor was not mopped. No outside lights on the balcony ..

Premier apartments had a very large balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers Leisure facilities were included, squash, gym, tennis, crazy golf, table tennis. Cotton dressing gowns and slippers provided. Entertainment every evening. Good position, near the front, short walk to the beach, main bus stops,, shops and restaurants. Quiet area. 3 swimming pools, 2 heated..,(we went Jan to Feb) Reception staff very helpful. Well maintained complex. Large TV but the Internet was a bit ropey at times.

The cleanliness of the property left something to be desired, and it felt quite stuffy and hot inside. We were aware in advance that there was no air conditioning, so we can’t complain about that, but the beds were not very comfortable. The biggest issue was the karaoke bar underneath, which played loud music until 3 AM—making it difficult to sleep. Closing the windows wasn’t an option due to the heat. The property is a bit outdated, but we expected that, given the lower price compared to others. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in a great location and don’t mind some noise, and cleanliness is not the highest priority for you, this could work, but light sleepers might struggle.

The property is in a fantastic location, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the beach nearby. Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist was very friendly. A great perk was being able to leave our luggage after checkout for free, allowing us to explore before our flight. The hotel also has a couple of pools, which were a good size with a nice lounging area.

Worst Wi-Fi connection ever seen in a hotel/complex. Being given that most of the tourists are retired, not having a good wi-fi might be acceptable by some but if you are also working, it becomes a serious problem.

The only thing I would say as a negative is the horrendous coffee that was served in the restaurant and as part of the breakfast / lunch / dinner buffet.

The accommodation was pretty much as expected. The property is slightly dated, but well maintained, the staff was very helpful and cordial, the location was good, it was very quiet and yet close to the beach. The most important thing for us was that the property was child friendly and our children had a good time as well.

We stayed there twice. The first stay was in bung. 2 close to reception which was great. The second time we had flat 179 about 150 yards from reception and up a series of ramps and staircases which is a drag when you have about 20 kilos of luggage. Quite a good view when you got there though.

Good location. A little off centre but close to seafront. Quiet at night. The apartments have a 24 hour reception which is reassuring. We didn't use the amenities so can't really comment. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

Bungalows were lovely. Nice smooth tiled floors, good WiFi, fridge/freezer and good view from balcony. Location is close to beech, with many bars/restaurants around. Descent powerful shower, and clean and tidy room.

Old furniture with broken doors. At night the bathroom was filled with large black cockroaches. The decor was ugly and boring. Although we had small children, we were given the farthest room in the resort, having to carry children in our arms up the stairs and down the alleys. They were not willing to look for a solution to replace our room.

Some of the staff was rude and did not treat you like a grown up more lika a stupid kid ..we did not like that. And that they have many rules but just use them after what mood they are in. The cleaning was not cood at all the only thing they do is change the sheet and towels.

The staff are not attentive to the concerns that we raised - the broken glass outside our apartment that we reported since we arrived was still there up to the time we checked out; no one has come to clean and when asked, just left us new set of towels; the staff are not friendly enough when asked about airport transfer and dismissed us when we asked about a third party bus, given that it is no their service or they are not connected to that bus company, they should have answered us properly and instead they just made it seem that they don't care at all, not even offer alternatives or whatever; the phone is not working, and we were told that it is under repair; the television has limited channels and cannot access Netflix; Pool use finishes at 6pm, which is too early for a leisure place
