Lovely place to stay, central location and so close to the metro. The staff were fantastic and attention to detail was wonderful. The room was great, clean, modern and just an all round pleasant experience. Next time I go to Valencia, I'll definitely be staying there again.

Great location. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Close to metro and railway station. Some noise outside at night but expected in a city. Hotel fairly quiet but neighbours could be heard. Nice to have a balcony. Pleasant breakfast, taken once, good fruit & bread variety. Friendly, helpful reception staff.

Unfortunately there was no way to make the air conditioner colder and the room was quite warm.

Wonderful location within walking distance of all kinds of sights. Great and friendly staff from the reception to the cleaning crew. Nice breakfast. The room came with a refillable glass bottle for water. To my surprise and appreciation they upgraded my room.

Brilliant location. Although the hotel does not have a bar, nor a gym - who needs either in the centre of the city. Very friendly staff. It was noisy but it was at the end of the Fallas festival so unavoidable. Great hotel as a base for exploring Valencia.

No sitting area in reception as it's too small to have one.

Perfect location, easy to get to from the airport and the main train station. Staying here places you in the heart of Valencia. Perfect staff, with great English who are always on hand to help you in any way they can. Perfect room with a brilliant coffee machine (which even has decaffeinated coffee) allowing you to make a great coffee and sit out on your balcony and watch life go by on the streets below.

Better information about parking ( directions and how to get to the hotel from parking). For my sisters that were on a wheelchair, took us a long time to find out and realiza we had to exit through the Vyncis hotel entrance for handicap access.

The bed is a little firm, but most hotel beds are. It's a smaller space, but considering how economical the price was, it's hard to complain about that.

The hotel is located on the edge of city center, everything is an easy walk, and a Metro station that can get you to anywhere else in Valencia is just a few meters away. The staff is super helpful, professional and friendly. It was our second stay there and we'll use it again when we return.

A really nice, relatively small hotel. Situated just inside the old quarter and literally a few minutes walk from the train station. Staff were excellent, especially the lady who managed the breakfast room, who really couldn't do enough to make you comfortable and ensure you had everything you needed. If you approach this as a budget hotel, you will be more than happy with what you get for your money. Very clean, rooms a decent size and if you are British, just ask them at the desk for a kettle and they are more than happy to oblige. The breakfast room on the first floor was light and airy and very clean. The breakfast fare was very reasonable given the price and we found it more than adequate. Would use again if we ever return to Valencia
