The receptionist at check in could have not been nicer very informative and told us everything we needed to know. We were having trouble understanding the parking meter over the road from the hotel and she went out of her way and came with us to help Would love to stay again on our way back but the date we need is full. Thank you to the receptionist sorry I forgot your name.

The beds were a disappointment and need urgently to be renewed. The curtain was broken. We informed about it on the first day, but it wasn't fixed during our stay. The scrambled egg was very oily and the Spanish omelette like rubber. But there were lots of other options what to eat for breakfast.

The hotel is located as close to the beach as possible in Pineda. There is the train line in between the hotel and the beach, but the crossing is just in front of the hotel. The breakfast and the dinner had a lot of choices. The quality varied from edible to excellent. The best was the evening when they served Catalonian specialities. There were always lots of fruits available with all meals. The drinks were not included in the half board, but the prices were reasonable. All areas in the hotel were clean, everything functioned, there were enough sun beds, the garden offered both sun and shade. The pool was large. There are also lots of bars and restaurants in the area, the high street is 5 minutes walk away.

Free Wifi is unusable. You need to pay 4 euros PER DAY for the one in the rooms, that is better. Bathroom could use some update. Parking is 15 euros per day extra on premises. The food is average at best and overpriced.

It was a good value overall, location was perfect for us. Swimming pool is great. Staff was nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the ‘mountain view’ was mostly the car park.

Great location - right on the beach and easy to access the train to Barcelona and other nearby towns. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.

The last morning the receptionist couldn’t speak English so well and it was a little hard to make him understand that we know the details of the bus and jusz want to leave the hotel (the door was closed as it was so early in the morning). But I appreciate that he was trying to be helpful so we don’t miss the flight.

The hotel is really near to the train station and also to the beach. The receptionists were really helpful and kind, it was a nice feeling that they tried to help us with the planning of transportation to the airport as we left at 5am on the last day. We received also an upgrade to a pool view room. Breakfast was included in our package, the variety of food was enough for me and my mother and I can just recommend their croissant and coffee! :D

Beds not super comfy, breakfast basic enough (no fresh juice and mediocre coffee. We asked for 2 extra pillows as they were so thin. We also asked for a kettle but they didn't have any more to give us. A fridge would have been nice but you pay extra. Paying for the WiFi is so outdated. We only booked 2 wks in advance so the price was quite high that is on us but for that price you would expect a bit more comfort. Rooms pretty outdated too tbh

Location is perfect, easy access to beach and nearby shops, and train station. Staff were all very attentive and helpful.

The service. Air conditioning didn't work. No washing facilities and the service in the restaurant and barwas the worse I've experienced . Had to wait 50 minutes for a sandwich
