Wifi was very intermittent sometimes didn't connect from the terrace or by the pool. Bbq utensils would have been handy, not sure if we missed them?

The villa was fabulous. Super spacious, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, lovely pool. It felt very safe and was very clean. Couldnt have asked for anything more.

The only think that we didn’t like was because the hot water finish really fast. We was in a family of 5, 3 Adult and 2 kids, I couldn’t wash my hair on a normal base because otherwise the next person was going to be without hot water. We had to shower the kids really fast and are self too and save water so everyone could shower in a hot water and still the last person all ways finish the shower on a cold water. That is the only issue for us hot water. We try to use the bath but we couldn’t because was no enough hot water to fill.

The property was really clean, is a lovely house we really enjoy are stay, we like the village that is really close to the property and had really nice restaurants and beach for me was the best part of this trip. The house had lot of tower that is good because of the pool. Rooms really good size, 3 bathrooms that’s great. The staff was really easy communication the direction was great and well explained.

The pool isn’t heated and the wifi only worked in 2 rooms of the property which wasn’t ideal.

The property was very clean, well kept and had everything we needed for our stay! The staff were easily contacted, very polite, really helpful and went out of their way numerous times to ensure we had a great stay!

The 4th bedroom only has a day bed which is not big enough for a teenage boy or a couple.

The Villa is lovely and great place to relax. Pool & outdoor area was great. Bus (8min walk)and taxi service (can call to collect at villa) to costa Teguise is good value (15 mins away €5) Casa Thomas is a local bar/ restaurant which was great to walk to (10 mins) Large spar near (10mins walk)

The outside area is very very slippery when wet, especially when you have been I the pool, and the pool is very cold but you get used to it, but there needs to be a cover on the pump at the side of the pool I side it as it is dangerous our grandson got his leg sucked in by it

The villa was beautiful plenty of room, the play room in the celler was fantastic especially the ping pong table the kids loved it so did the adults

Needs some diy. Gates need fixing, places need paint, taps need to be tightened, hot water is hit and miss sink in master bedroom doesn’t work and the pool boy came and just filled it up with fresh water but it was freezing for the whole of our stay

We absolutely loved this house it feels like home soon as you arrive a fantastic home, the only things let it down were bits of it we’re tired ,, but it has our heart Needs just a few days of diy

This house is in need to a welcome pack detailing the basic information, such as wifi, where to bring refuse, how to operate gates. Wifi is not available up stairs, the garden or the kitchen. It is only available in the living room and down stairs bedroom. If you require wifi throughout the house, this is not the place for you. Pool is not heated, so it has limited use during the winter months.

House was nice and comfortable. Access to the house was easy with key code provided and GPS coordinates for the house also useful. Pool area/outdoor seating was also nice.
