United KingdomThe first night we were on the second floor in the main building without a lift. I will be 90 this month and made it with great difficulty. A lift is needed. The staff were very concerned and transferred to two garden rooms which were much better. However in none of them were there accessible showers and toilets. With an ageing population should not these be standard in this class of hotel.
It has a delightful setting in an orange grove with palms added to give a subtropical atmosphere. The breakfast venue under a wooden circus tent with views all round of orange trees and palms was superb.

United KingdomWe arrived late after a long day of travelling. The receptionist came out to meet us and made us feel very welcome. She offered us an electric vehicle charging space. She showed us to our room and then arranged for an evening bar meal. We went for an evening walk amongst the orange trees and around the gardens. The breakfast was all we could ask for

Beautiful setting in an old citrus orchard. Super friendly staff. Luxurious feel. We were upgraded to a large bungalow with an outdoor jacuzzi. Might be the best price/quality ratio accomodation we've ever had.

Very beautiful entrance and alley to the reception. Beautiful park surrounding, or being, the hotel. Stayed in a”tropical” room. Big, with a private, almost garden like outdoor area. Super.

FranceThe room was a bit chilly (December) There's no lift (Elevator) The only option in the restaurant was a "tasting menu" I would not have chosen this if there was an alternative.
Breakfast was good, but the service was slow. Only 1 server on duty. The room was large and tastefully decorated, there's some lovey artwork in the hotel. There are some cosy spaces with open fires.
