Unfortunately, the biggest problem of the hostel are the neighbors. The property is located in a residential area with high density. When someone smokes, the air enters the hostel. Two houses down, there was a neighbor that woke up early, smoked in his garden in the morning and went to work. Most of that smoke would end up in my room and I would wake up with the smell of cigarettes every morning.

Quite a noisy environment at night (loud conversations in the halls, slamming doors) without any intervention from the staff. While I understand that these disturbances are caused by the disrespectful behaviour of some guests, I would appreciate some form of moderation. Also, water taps could be replaced by more eco-friendly ones (sometimes you waste more water than you would like to because of the inability to stop it).

Close to the city center and bus station, easily reachable by foot from the main bus station. Friendly staff.

Nothing bad ! Keep in mind it is not a 4 stars hotel !! It is a perfect hostel to be chill, meet people and enjoy the trip !

Amazing hostel ! You feel like at home with all you need and I enjoyed speaking with other travelers on the terrasse and the community living. The kitchen is big with all you need, the room are cute, confortable and there is three bathrooms with toilets. The team is there to help you for everything and try to make you feel home, super chill. They give you the towel for free and that's not very common in hostels !

I haven't stayed in a hostel in 20 years. I'm 51. I loved every minute of this place. The people working were super nice and made me feel right at home. I was by far the oldest cat in the place but I felt totally welcome.I had a great chat with a London lad on the roof .. seriously,it's class. Book it.

Too cramped for the size of rooms with 6 beds in 3 bunks. Hardly any furniture except - no place to leave any stuff except for the cluttered balcony. Nowhere to sit except in the tiny lobby where staff was occupying the sofas for a bday party. Bright ceiling light right at your head - bring a cloth to cover it. No privacy whatsoever if you need to sleep in the upper bunk as only lower bunks have curtains. Luckily, I am snoring too and was way to exhausted to get bothered by two drunk Estonians😆. Shower was cold in the morning....bummer! Nobody seems to be in charge of cleaning bathrooms. It's all DIY.

Staff was absent, one time one staffer walked through our room at 01:00 and left the door outside open. Only three toilets, all with showers in the same room. Had to wait several times for more than ten minutes just to go to the toilet. Several times there was no paper in the bathroom. Staff closed the roof terrace so they could have peace, but they did not intervene when guests were loud at late hours. There were a lot of insects in the kitchen. I left a piece of bread packed in paper in my basket and the morning after it was crawling with small bugs.

I came 5 minutes after check-in time and I had to pay 5 euros extra fee. I had to pay the fee in cash, so who knows where the money ended up... And to tell the truth I really didn't get it, there were still people around the reception, so nobody had to wait just because of my late arrival...

I spent just 1 night there, so I can't comment everything. But the bed was comfy and clean, just no curtain and a lot of people around. Really good location, close to bus stations, city center, airport easy by bus.

No aircon and my ceiling fan made noise so I turned it off, could finally sleep with window open. It must be sweltering in the summer. The handsoap in the bathroom was hand sanitizer, not sufficient for hand washing. They are not the same thing. I am suspicious of the cleaning methods. Staff was not friendly or welcoming.

Not much, pretty average experience for one night but it’s close to the airport shuttle in Santa Cruz.

The double room was really dirty. The trash bin was full when we arrived, and there were hair, tissues, and a lot of dust on the floor. I think it had not been sweeped and mopped for many days.

The reception guys were kind and with good vibes. The location was pretty ok. The bed was not so big, but comfortable.

Gianni the owner is a golden person. It was my first time in a hostel, I didn't think it was so good! The facility is well equipped, accessible, comfortable and hospitable. The staff is amazing, we immediately got close, we shared things to eat together, we went surfing, we chilled on the terrace. I highly recommend this place for both solo travellers and groups of people! We will see each other again soon!!!

The hostel is close to the bus station, it is easy to go to different places from there. It has a very good vibe thanks to the best volunteers Agustin and Matias! Rooms are clean as well as the bathroom and kitchen. I had a lot of fun, and will recommend this hostel

Woow was soo good. I never saw sooooo clean hostel like this! Was very clean, everything kitchen, fridge, space to eating, rooms, bathrooms. Space in the room was good. Beds had a curtain, and near was light and electrical contact. In the room was a locker with key. The employers were nice, even that i don't know Spanish. They tried to talk with guests, help and be sympatic!!
