It's a shame there are absolutely no room service food options.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a wonderful view over the harbour at Porto Cristo. It's very close to the beach (just out the door, basically), to the local shops, and to the bus stops up and down the coast. The bus stop to the airport and into Manacor is quite close as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and has a decent sized fridge for a hotel room. The bathrooms are clean. The bar downstairs seems lovely, and has a comfortable terrace as well as street seating.

We were disappointed as the reservation included "daily spa access" but actually the spa was closed on Mondays, when we arrived. The receptionist suggested we could use the spa next day from11:00 but we had other plans on the day of departure. The spa opening days should be clearly shown before booking.

We had high expectations for the food after reading the reviews but all the food was cold, tasted old (both breakfast and dinner) and flavour wise not very appetising. We tried to use the service of the food being cooked in front of you, hoping to have at least one hot thing on the plate but the salmon tasted fishy and just not good at all. Also, there was one day that the shrimp was in the same area as the chicken (probably cooked together) and I am allergic to crustaceans so I could not have the hot meat on this day due to the cross contamination. The desserts looked beautiful but flavourless, lacked sugar and freshness. Even the fruit tasted old. The variety is amazing bu If the quantity was smaller and the food was replaced more frequently I think it would keep it warm and fresh. The SPA is closed on Mondays so 1 out of the two days we could not use it. Also the massager was fully booked for the week. No free water availability for dinner.

The front desk attendants were very nice as well as the bar team. Great checkout time (noon). Many shops nearby. Paid and free parking available nearby. Good view of Nadal's house and boat haha Seats available both inside and outside for the meals. Very comfortable bed and cozy little balcony. Good air conditioning and range of toiletries. The wristbands (keys) are great to access the room and not loose the room key. The gym is well equipped and clean.

A short power outage, and that it takes very long time until the hot water starts running in shower in the morning. Also the spa is very small.

I only stayed there for two nights (as an interim stop) but I honestly wish I could have stayed longer and I would do so next time. The hotel exceeded my expectations by far. I had a pretty big and clean room with a sea view (and NOT a tiny room with no view which I was fearing I’d get as I booked pretty much last minute). The staff everywhere was super welcoming. The beach just next to the hotel! Very good breakfast and dinner. Cheap cocktails at the bar. Great value for money. I could go on and on…

Excellent breakfasts. Bonus to have someone (Mercedes) making each cup of coffee. No machine with numerous buttons to press. I really appreciated a fresh cup made to my liking. All staff were friendly and professional. They made a superb team. Travelling alone can be daunting but I was totally relaxed at THBFelip.

It's no surprise to learn this hotel is usually fully booked! An historical and charming solid 4-star hotel.Not luxury but very clean and comfortable.Consistently cheerful and helpful staff-everywhere.Great bed.Air con was pretty good. Room was quiet although in the town's best location. In all my many stays in Mallorca I ate my best meals here in the hotel's restaurant(overlooking the sea).Very comprehensive buffets for breakfast and dinner,with many healthy options .The hotel gets many return guests,and I will be one of them. Both hotel rooms and it's restaurant are VERY reasonably priced too. The gym had a good strength machine,free weights and running machines.Better equipped than most 5 star hotels.There is a gracious woman dedicated to making custom ordered cappuccinos,lattes,etc in the restaurant .Nice bonus.

The pool area is quite small but with the beach right across the road we were happy regardless .

The hotel is in a beautiful location there is a Sunday market right outside on Sundays the beach is a stone throw away the hotel is spotless and the staff are very welcoming and kind especially Nico he is a gentleman . We would definitely stay here again it's just the place for a nice relaxing time ..
