Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

I was there for 5 nights so only really minor things.. a second chair in the room would have been nice and maybe a small shelf in the shower room. Only other thing was there was a coffee machine but no filters, though as it was less than 2 euro for a standard coffee not an issue!
Great location. About 15 mins from the bus station for the airport or a short walk from the main road for taxis etc (the centre is pedestrianised). Similarly it's 15 minutes or so to the cathedral/ Alcazar and the same across the river to Triana and the market. It's a mostly upmarket shopping area but there are plenty of little places to eat nearby including a nice coffee shop just round the corner if you fancy more than a cafe con leche or doble espresso, but loads more options on pretty much every street! My room had a small balcony, not really big enough to put a chair fully on but 2 could stand on it. Comfy small double and powerful rainfall shower. They also came and made the bed and emptied bins each day. The property is over 4 floors with the small reception at the entry,, the hostel on 1st floor and private rooms on 2nd. There's a basic kitchen and sitting area too, though as Seville has so much going on this wasn't used much on the pension floor! There's a big roof top terrace though weather was quite rainy when I was here so not used very much. Tip: it's on a main pedestrian street so if you're a light sleeper take some ear plugs!

The floor in the room was not clean. I miss some shelves in the room, it would be handy to put you stuff.

The bunkbeds were very creaky, especially the top ones, so you hear noises anytime somebody moves.
This was my base in Sevilla for the first week while I searched for a more long-term place to stay. The location was in a very good location close to touristy areas without being too overrun by tourists.

Coffee provided in the kitchen. To improve, they may want to indicate shower gel and shampoo bottles(assuming).' I was not sure what is provided in the shower room.

Everything was good
Everything was great in 4x female room; cleaning, space, beds, , lightining, air condition, zero noise. Private bath in room is also a great comodity. Kitchen stuff is pretty enough for everyone. Personel are very friendly, very helpfull, anytime. Love them soo much🙏🏻🙏🏻 Location is one the bests near Cathedral of Magdalena, Bridge of Isabella II, Mercado di Triana, Mercado di Barranco and to all the other beautiful places by walk. Stores and suoermarkets are also all around like Más, El Corte Ingles, Carrefour express, Aldi and all the other supermarkets. So, basically Nomad Hostel is best place to stay in Sevilla.

I didn’t find it to be the most sociable & beds were squeaky (this didn’t affect me hugely)

Extremely, clean, bright & airy. Peaceful with relaxing communal spaces & a fantastic kitchen. Has an elevator. Key codes for dorm doors. Staff extremely helpful & friendly, and excellent location.

I liked EVERYTHING
Hostel was VERY clean, couzy. It's located in middle of Sevilla so all atractions are 20-30 min walking.

I would’ve preferred some bed curtains just to give some more privacy and to make getting up in the dark a bit easier for the other roommates
The communal space was great with comfy chairs and the kitchen was so useful to make drinks and food in! Its location is perfect too - so central.

Heater kinda worked.
Nice staff. . Excellent location, 15min walk to the train station, and can walk anywhere within Sevilla. Room was clean. Kitchen and shared space were clean. All is good. Thank you so much!
