Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaThe hostel staff gave us a key which would open the main door in case someone comes late at night. Unfortunately, on one of the days, our key card didn't work and we had to ring in the bell multiple times. We tried contacting the number provided in the booking page but that was not available. Eventually, the hostel staff opened the door in approx. 10 mins but it spooked us up a bit
The hostel is centrally located and is close enough to major tourist attractions of Seville. It is also fairly close to bus stop which makes it well connected to the city's train and bus stations. The room was clean, had a small mirror and had a chest of drawers. It was a bit small but it is not a deal breaker for us. Although because of the small size of the room, AC felt much stronger than expected.

SwitzerlandQuiet and welcoming atmosphere, despite being a hostel. I think the room is soundproofed. Everything is very well organized and clean, the staff are always very friendly and the person who welcomed us was very kind and gave us lots of tips on places we were looking for. They have a partnership with a covered parking lot where you can store your car safely (although this doesn't lower the price much). The location of the hostel is great! It was a great stay while we got to know and fall in love with Seville.

New ZealandThe terrace was locked on the morning of my leaving and I had left some clothes up there to dry. It didn't appear that there was any staff around most of the time.
I loved this place - note I did pay extra for a single room which was the bets single room I gave ever stayed in - ensuite larger than my bathroom at home! AC was powerful and bed was comfy. The terrace was awesome! Would 100% recommend. Well equipped kitchen, could not ask for anything more!

AustraliaNo issues.
Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were people staying/working long-term that added a nice family atmosphere to the hostel. The facilities were always kept clean and well maintained. The public social areas had nice areas to either chill out or socialise witj others depending on what you felt like.

United KingdomA lot of noise was created by other inconsiderate guests late at night. This noise easily travelled into our room as there was a tiny gap at the base of our door so we were woken every night
Great location close to key city attractions and shops. Good facilities in the room and kitchen. Everything very clean

AustraliaMy only gripes are that the bathrooms could be cleaner and privacy curtains around the beds would be beneficial to support a less interrupted sleep in the dorms.
This place was fantastic. Very comfortable, clean, with a friendly vibe and nice common areas for the scorching afternoon heat of Seville. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again if I come back.

ItalyA modern hostel with unadorned but practical and convenient furnishings, good finishes and fixtures, a spacious common room and a well-equipped kitchen, a large terrace where it is pleasant to sit and relax after sunset on warm summer evenings. The bedrooms have large, comfortable beds, big lockers where plenty of luggage fits, a central air-conditioning system providing an optimal temperature, it is easy to relax on hot days. It has generous spaces compared to other hostels, which allows you to spend a few extra days if you need to. It is located in the central area of Seville, close to the main shops and tourist attractions, but at the same time isolated from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. It is neat and clean, has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff is friendly and professional. The bed rates that Nomad Hostel charges are among the lowest in and around Seville, they are proportionate between room types, which is important since some of them generate higher costs per person, especially when involving logistical issues and lost sales. I would also suggest that throughout Andalusia the price/quality ratio of tourist accommodation is very good. The exception is Malaga, which is on the coast and has a strong appeal for tourists, it is hard to find good lodging at a moderate price there.

Amazing hostel to stay at, rooms, bathrooms and common areas were clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a great time here. We were also able to keep our luggage at reception and hang out in the common areas after we checked out, until we left for our flight.

Great location with very nice rooms, clean bathrooms and two nice common areas (one on the first floor and a terrace on the third). Highly recommend it !
