Great location — in the city centre, easy to get to the tourist attractions, easy to get the bus to the airport. The hostel is very spacious — rooms are big, high ceiling, big room to socialise with other people, and it had the terrace. It was clean — the rooms, kitchen, and the bathrooms. The staff were friendly and easy to approach.

Perfect location, walking distance to all main attractions, great facilities, all you need and more. Simple modern decor, friendly staff. Honestly can't get much better than this in a hostel. Super friendly staff, very professional.

The staff is very nice and friendly. Julie and Julio are superb. They are so informative and very helpful. The hostel atmosphere is lovely. The room and bed are clean. The location near the main attraction i.e. 15-25 min walking.

Beds had no curtains and mostly people were too loud in dorms (I heard that from all the guests, I was rather lucky in my 4-bed-dorm). Kitchen needs slightly more equipment and there are no proper checks for old stuff in the fridge and no labelling for free food. It can be a bit tight if more than one person tries to prepare a meal but it works.

The location is really nice, not loud from the outside. Very friendly staff, fully equipped kitchen (also a few more knives would be helpful ^^). I _loved_ the community area: there were never too many people but there was always a nice fluctuation. I met many nice people here. The matrass was good, there are 6 areas on the stove. Nice and big terrace and more outdoor areas. Free coffee and tea.

I would highly suggest that you insist more in some cleaning details like cleaning under the beds and the kitchen-fridge shelves

I thank all the staff for the warm welcome and good treatment, I also thank the good sister Scheherazade and I advise her to help everyone, as for kitchen supplies, everything you want will be found there, and if you are a coffee lover, it is available free of charge . I recommend visiting the place, it is beautiful in all specifications.

The bathroom aren’t perfectly clean and they have a weird smell. Nothing appalling, but it could definitely be better!

The staff is really nice ! The bed structure is also very nice, it doesn’t not make noises and is big enough so you can seat in your bed ! Also they have locker under the bed !
