Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyLocation is good, there’s a beautiful park nearby and the metro is only a few minutes from the hotel. You can also walk into the city center if you’re up for a longer walk. The place is very clean, bed was comfortable, slippers and towels are provided, lots of space in the lockers (fits my small luggage and backpack easily). There‘s a washing machine and dryer free to use, kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and kettle. I loved using the common area. I work remote and it was a very cozy place to work from, the internet is fast, too! I can definitely recommend this location and would come again. Only bad thing (which is not the hotels fault) were some of the guests who left the common spaces unclean. If you’re staying in shared spaces like this, please just be respectful towards other guests and the owners, and clean up after yourself.

HungaryI had difficulties with check it/curtains/storage room and later with the light in my pod. Someone helped me online. It would had been useful if someone was there to help in real life instead of online. Although the person was very responsive and helpful.
The tidiness. I hada very good sleep. I also liked that I could bring my luggage earlier than check in and leave it a bit more after check out.

FranceTodo perfecto !
- The decor is absolutely magnificent ;) The common area is reminiscent of a Japanese garden, with its lush vegetation and captivating lighting, creating a peaceful and Zen atmosphere throughout the establishment. - The bathroom is equipped with Japanese toilets - The cabins are beautifully crafted from real wood. So clean, cozy, and very comfortable. It's more than a hostel; It's a true haven of peace, inviting you to zen and tranquility Please; Enjoy it as such.

TurkeyThe only annoying thing was I struggled with the curtain as I tried to close it through the touchable screen but it didn’t worked.
Everything was super technologic and I really liked the interior architect and design of the hostel, it is a brand new one you should give a try.

GreeceThere was small piece of equipment like ventilation throwing a air which from the one side it made you feel better but on the other side it was throwing it on the pillow but apart from that everything was perfect
The location I think it's ok in a quiet district. The hostel was great. It was modern and you only needed a bracelet in order to have access to your locker. It was clean and the staff was great always available when you need it. The room was really hot which I liked it.I totally recommend it.

New ZealandIf can mute the locker/sensor. All doors, locker, even the pod curtain is controlled by bandages or number lock. It’s beeping when used so could be disturbing during night
Everything! The facility, staff, decorations, location. Everything is so perfect, clean, comfort and much beyond my expectations for a hostel. The toilet seat is heated!!!

GermanyThe touch screen is honestly not that intuitive, and it is not explained anywhere where the controls can be found (this comes from a CS student, I normally know how to use this stuff and only found it out after a few minutes). Also, one night the controls were switched around I suddenly had control of a different pod‘s lights and curtains. Kudos to the staff though for suggesting a fix at 0:40 in the night!
Very cute interior, clean, and quiet! Absolutely worth the competitive price!

GermanyThere was a lack of natural light. Only a few big windows on one wall is not enough.
The Pods and the facilities were exceptionally clean. The smart home features worked and were useful.

ItalyIt's a self service hostel so you never meet any staff, no chance to ask for suggestions/reccomandation. At the number provided none answered.
The hostel is very quite and with chill vibes. It's a funny concept and design. The bed was very comfortable and the locker was spacious for the backpack/luggage. Common area very big and with a lot of seats/tables. Wifi working very well. Location is okay, very close to the metro for the airport/city centre, 40 mins walking from the centre

PolandThere was a confusion and I lied about this hostel, but know everything is solved and I apologise. This is really one of the best hostels. The way they manage all is impressive: they always try to understand you and try to help you. Really recommendable

SwitzerlandUnfortunately, the small screen in the bed used to control the curtain and light was not immediately intuitive, and you have to experiment a bit to find what you need. Since the control device relies on an internet connection, there were times when the curtain wouldn’t open because the Wi-Fi wasn’t connected. Additionally, the device’s light stayed on all night (strangely, it was on standby and dark during the day). There was also a small vent right next to my head, which blew cold air into my face all night. It would also be helpful if there were an easier way to indicate which locker belongs to which bed, so guests don’t have to search for theirs. It took me a while to figure that out as well.
I was very pleasantly surprised. The bed feels safe and private. The curtain and personal light can be adjusted electronically. The other guests in the room were always very quiet and considerate. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The bathroom was beautifully designed, featuring showers with amenities and heated toilets with automatic flushing. The common area was also nicely furnished. The main entrance and individual rooms were secured with codes, providing an extra sense of security that no external person could enter. The location was a bit outside the city, but it was very easy to get everywhere with buses that stopped right in front of the hostel. Additionally, the metro, with three different lines, was just a two-minute walk away.
