one guy in the room was snoring badly (even ear plugs did not help), of course it is not the hotel responsibility. There should be a law that if you snores you should not sleep in a dorimitory!

The room was great with good shower,bathroom and beds, i slept in the dormitory. it is very much in the center but the neighberhood was quiet. there is a pool table and a place to hang out, i was one night so i did spend there much time.

One of the best hostel I have ever stayed that I am so regretful about I could only stay one night in Granada. Friendly and cute staffs, new and clean for both room + facilities, good locations (right in the heart of the old town)

Location is perfect. The beds were super comfortable. The environment is cool, modern and cosy. I really enjoyed my days at this hostel.

Kitchen was quite small. There were no hand towels in the room. I know that normal towels were not included, but I expected there to be hand towels in the bathrooms in the dorms.

The welcome was nice and the lobby has a nice atmosphere. I had a 4bed dorm and it was very good. The beds are nice with enough space. The bathroom was comfortable and with hot shower. Good furniture. Access to a restaurant. Hood location downtown.

They added a panel for the 8th of March where it was written "Every day is woman's day". I found it awkward since it isn't about the celebration of being a woman but about the commemoration of women's fight for equality, which is another thing. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was regularly cleaned. The breakfast was good (missing some eggs though). The rooms were overheated some of the days and couldn't sleep well.

majority staff members were not great greeting people. I don’t think English was their major problem. I hardly heard simple expressions like please, thank you & sorry. I believe hospitality seems fundamental value for hotel and hostel business. The shower room needs to get fixed asap for the sake of the room and the building. The noise from the student groups was bit annoying. and I do understand the stress from big groups, but I do see a sense of improvement in space management and at least some staff manual for larger numbers.

its a prefect location to enjoy food and walk to most places in old town. the property seems great. the balcony view and the rooftop is not to be missed. facilities like solid bed and elevators were great. common space was efficient and the kitchen well equipped with stoves, pans and pots.

Excellent central location. Super-comfortable beds and en suite dorm toilet. Great facilities to work from if you need them and on-site laundry. I had a problem with someone in the dorm and the staff listened and sorted it out for me immediately (thank you!).

Conditions are great. The rooms are really comfortable and the beds felt like heaven. Location could not be better. Staff was helpful and rooftop was pleasant. Breakfast was rather complete. Totally recommend Toc, one of the best hostels I have ever stayed.
