The lobby bathroom kept running out of toilet paper.

It was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet at night. There were travelers of all ages. The bathroom was cleaned every day. The common areas were clean and beautiful. There was a kitchen if you want to cook your own meals. There were laundry facilities. It had everything you could possibly need, and it was very centrally located. The restaurant was very good, and inexpensive (with an extra -10% if you are staying there). There were excellent hostel-sponsored activities for solo (and multiple) travelers, and these were less expensive than similar activities booked through guide websites. For example, a guided sunset walk up to the San Miguel lookout ("mirador"), a hike in the nearby Sierra Nevada Mountains, a rooftop dinner party, pub crawls, etc.

The location is very good and it is very convenient to go anywhere. The receptionist is very patient and provided me with a lot of help. The room is very clean and bright, with a small balcony. The design of each bed is also very bright, and the sockets and storage bags are very convenient to use.

I loved the common areas. Also, the room was very comfortable, as well as the beds. I like that the lockers are not of metal, so it's not noisy at all. The badroom was good, maybe it would be fine if there was another shower and toilet, but beside that everything was amazing.

The bed and pillow are too soft. I felt neck ache and backache. It should have a curtain for the bed as when someone light on , it will not disturb sleeping

Not enough bathrooms, sometimes it’s better to have some shared bathrooms and or showers outside the rooms too, leading to higher utilization.

Proper centric hostel with modern facilities, was able to stay after checkout, nice big area downstairs to relax.

This is the best hostel I never found! Nice rooms, nice common spaces, I felt comfortable and on privacy even if I slept with 5 people! Rocio at the reception was so nice!

Clean, neat, stylish, new, good service, location is spot on - amaazing, right next to cathedral. But most importantly it was very quiet, even though there are numerous restaurant around - good noise isolation) . In high season all hotels are quite pricy - So this place is good value for money. We stayed in a private room - it’s basically as good as any 3-4* hotel room. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back

The location is great. Easy to move around the main areas. The staff is very nice, friendly and professional. The mixed bedroom are big enough, clean and useful. Beds are comfortable. The breakfast is really good and tasty. The hostel itself is being kept cleaned at all times. Good hostel chain discovery. Same hostel activities are also organised.

The only reason I did not provide max rating os because the air conditioning did not work in the room, even if we tried to adjust the thermostat, and during the night the temperature in the room got quite high with 6 people in it, and windows fully shut to cancel out the street noise. As some other suggestions for more guest comfort: full body mirror somewhere in the room if possible (the only available mirror for 6 people i s in the bathroom), and privacy curtains for the beds, because when other roommates turn on the light in the room, the light hits fully some of the beds, and the protection panel next to the head area is providing a very small corner of shelter while sleeping.

Climbing on upper bed was not so comfortable. Also for 6- bedded female dormitory, the no. Of showers and wash basins should have been more than one. The aircon didn't work in the night, it became very hot and uncomfortable to sleep.

The common area, cafe and reception was good. Breakfast was good. .
