We were given an ambulant room meaning we didn’t have shower screens or curtains which meant the whole bathroom floor flooded after each shower. The street was quite noisy at night.

Air con is poor. Wifi signal is really weak in the room. No protect on the upper bed. Feels like can fall down from the bed.

- One of the guests in my shared room had an unpleasant 'accident'. However, the great receptionist helped him, and offered me to change the room for my comfort. Amazing place for a cheap stay!

It would be better if there is a refrigerator in the kitchen. If the bathroom is separated from the toilet, it would be more convenient.

The staff are friendly and helpful, they helped me book the bus ticket and print it out free. The service is excellent because sometimes it is hard to find a place printing documents, particularly when you are unfamiliar with the language and the place. The equipment is perfect! The location is in the city center but I slept well because it is quiet at night.

I originally booked a bunk in a 6 bed mixed dorm room, but the hotel was also hosting a large school group during my stay, so they upgraded me to a single private room and I am eternally grateful! The location is perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, very modern, and clean. The front lobby always smelled so nice, and the décor is just lovely. My room was fantastic. It was quiet, the AC worked well, the bed was really comfortable, and there was a little balcony with a great view. The breakfast is a bit pricy, but well worth it. Overall, whether you are looking for a dorm room or a private room, I really liked this place and would absolutely recommend.

Toilet sink was a bit cloaked. But in understandable extent.

Actually this hostel was the best hostel that I've ever experienced. The personnel are competent and situated 24h. Room was very clean. It was common laundry room, kitchen, and common space that I could stay and read books or talk with my roommates. The location was also perfectly close with the center, but quiet at night.

Would love to have a refrigerator in the room, but there is one on the ground floor available. There were a few private parties in the main room that I wished I could crash, but alas was not allowed.

Loved the location. Felt like a four star-hotel vs a hostel. Very nice hostel. I used the laundry room, very easy. Loved the communal kitchen with refrigerator available. Loved the courtyard view from my room. Front staff was extremely helpful!

The bathroom design means another guest can lock the door and monopolise the shower, toilet and sink in a dorm room for 6.

Very nice hostel, clean and comfortable. Perfect location in a side street next to the Granada Cathedral. The rooms are large, beds comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. Staff were helpful on arrival and the common areas were good to relax in.

The beds were comfortable and modern but I really don’t understand why they don’t have a privacy curtain, it would make a good difference. The restaurant was terrible, please avoid it.

- Wish they had a kettle. Had to go down to the kitchen all the time, and the kitchen kettle lid was broken. - Breakfast mediocre at best.
