the curly haired lady at the reception wasn’t very helpful or informative with questions I had to ask. asked her about where I could purchase a SIM card and her response was “many people asked me before, I should check, but I still don’t know. maybe you check online”. needless to say, I ended up buying an esim online. likewise with the tours, she wasn’t too informative or helpful either.

The coffee at breakfast is filter coffee and not that good, and you can't buy an espresso from the bar because there is only one person there and he/she is in charge of the breakfast (wouldn't have time). The natural yogurt is kinda bad, as well (but in Spain, it's hard to find good yogurt). I'm saying this just so other guests know beforehand. It's definitely nothing to complain about.

We had a great time! The room was spacious, very nicely furnished and decorated and the bathroom had everything we needed. We had a wonderful view of the Cathedral's tower! The entire hostel is elegant, clean, and has a relaxed athmosphere. The location is magnificent! The breakfast is good, has a bit of everything.

I really liked the separation of the bathroom/shower from the main sleeping area, which allowed maximum privacy. The lounge area is very comfy and both the kitchen and the laundry facility were major benefits. The staff were helpful and spoke excellent English.

Honestly I was scared that the lack of curtains in the beds would be an issue, but it wasn't! That might be subjective, though.

It was absolutely fantastic, would definitely come back if I ever travel to Granada again.

Location was beautiful, in the city centre and near most attractions. Facilities were in perfect shape. The social area with the pool table is lovely. Staff were more than friendly and helpful <3 Breakfast was out of this world, absolutely loved it!

The bathroom was inside the room, which is ok but if someone is using it and i just wanted to wash my hands - i had to wait. There was no other shower or sink or toilet outside the one in the room. Also the lock to the bathroom did not work - i notified the employee at the reception just after i checked in - she said someone will come to fix it the morning after (spoiler: nobody came). I was uncomfortable taking a shower or using the toilet knowing anyone could enter at any moment. Another thing about the shower - there was no curtain so water were spraying everywhere and each time someone took a shower - there was a puddle of water. It was a room for 5 people but only 3 hooks to hang clothes/towels, so I think they should add more.

Location was great and the design was beautiful. I love that they have an elevator and laundry facility (for extra charge but not too much). The staff were nice, beds were comfortable and there was enough space for each person in the dorm.

I really liked this accommodation as the rooms and infrastructure were modern and well maintained (no squeaking beds for instance). The lounge at the ground floor is perfect to meet new people and to provide a space to relax (bar, sofas, pool table, a kitchenette) outside of the rooms. I found the location ideal being at a walking distance from most of the major sights of the city (e.g. Cathedral, Alhambra and miradores) and from the train station as well. The breakfast buffet was decent and provided some relevant choice.
