you have to buy a padlock for 5 euro for the locker. It does feel a bit wasteful as I only used it for one night. It would be much preferred if there is a code or electronic key to lock the lockers.

We have booked a standard hotel room with own bath. Staff were really kind,apolite ,helpful. Room was clean ,comfortable. Our balkon was open to the street,but the door is closing well,cose it has filtered the sounds from the street. Breakfast was also nice. Perfect location in the heart of the city,everything in a walk away distance. For us the experience was hotel,not hostel.

The Hostel should consider hire more people in the evening shift. The receptionist was by herself struggling to attend all the guests at the same time

The Hostel is quite modern and elegant and it's in the city centre, the room is clean and quiet. The temperature in the room works great, you can arrive easily on the main station to take the train to the airport Next to bars and restaurants

The female room I stayed in was quite dark and had an inside only view.

The Hostel is relatively new and is well maintained. Claudia and others staff members on the reception were super friendly and helpful.

The smell of the towels. our room looked out into a kind of air shaft and there was a continuous noise, so at night it was not possible to sleep with the windows open.

Excellent location, building nicely renovated. Nice common areas. Very warm welcome at reception.

This is a small gripe, but I wish there was more than 1 washer/dryer set and that it were cheaper. €7,50 is a lot to wash and dry one load of clothes.

The staff were super nice and helpful, and the rooms were clean and quiet. Excellent location!!

I booked this place based on recommandation of a person I met during one of my trips and it really exceeded my expectations. Although I booked the 8 beds dorm it really well designed that there is space and it not crowded. Each bed has it own light , and a pocket where you can put your stuff and also where to charge your phone. The dorm had two showers and two bathrooms ( huge respect for the hostel for doing that ) and it clean and really nice ones, you have pick lockers that you can put your stuff in ( bring a padlock or you can buy one from reception ) or you can ask reception to put your valuable in a safe. The lobby is crazy luxurious and the breakfast is another level. For 7 euro you have really really good coffee, freshly tasty orange juice and another juice I didn't recognize , different type of bread. Cerealea etc etc but it was really worth it

I don't think that I could really say anything negative about the Hostel at all really. I didn't see a communal area for everyone to meet up with each other and socialise but I may have not noticed it in the time I was there. Perhaps a small communal Kitchen with tea and coffee facilities etc would be nice.

The TOC has very friendly and helpful staff who are available to assist you 24 hours a day. The Hostel is in a very good location making it easier for you to find your way around the local area and the rest of the city. The 24hr reception will give you a keycard to enter your room when you arrive and your locker number. You can either leave your locker without a padlock or use one of your own to lock it. If you don't have a padlock then don't worry they sell them for only a few euros. The Hostel offers additional services like breakfast in the dining area in the morning for an additional fee. Whilst I didn't take advantage of the continental Buffett-style breakfast I did see what was on offer and there was a large selection for the price, I can recommend the coffee if you are like me and you enjoy a good cup of coffee to start your day. The dorm I stayed in was extremely comfortable with air conditioning and its own on-suite shared bathroom which was all very clean and everything looked like it was new. The lockers were quite large with hangers for your clothes and plenty of room for a small backpack etc. The bed I slept in was extremely comfortable memory foam and I had my own private light, power socket, and a very handy USB charging point.

Over-crowded location for breakfast, me and my friend needed to share the table with other guests. You need to wait for some food if you come to the breakfast around 9:00-10:00. When we arrived the air conditioner wasn't enabled and we needed around 3-4 hours to make room colder. At first I was afraid that we won't have cold air at all when the weather is 37 degrees in the shadow. Staff should enable air conditioner before guests arriving, not turning if off at all.

The location is wonderful, literally in the city center. The room was clean, the size was decent, and the beds were the best thing in the world. I had my best sleep during my whole vacation. It has a good vibe, no matter if you're there to work or go out and have fun. Would come back if I visit Malaga again!

Staff are all super nice, I had one person in my room who snored very loud, the staff switched me to another room. high speed internet. rooms are clean. highly recommend the place.
