The stuff at the TOC Hostel Malaga was fantastic. Great attitude, very helpful and always available... The exceptional customer service and care for their guests is not very common for the hostel environment. From the moment I arrived at the TOC Hostel Malaga I received first - class ( 5 star) service from Christina until the moment I left. Christina will be a great candidate for much HIGHER positions!! It should be simply created for her if not available at the moment. Christina represents her company ( TOC Hostel Malaga) in the BEST possible light and every company in this world will be thrilled to have her! Christina thank you again for everything ( changing room/ lockers, giving me lower bunk bed , printing my boarding pass etc... You're the BEST! 🙏 Now few words about hostel: The prime location of the Hostel is a big plus (close to all major attractions) Facilities were top-notch. Clean , safe & secure environment. Beds are very comfy also.. I didn't have a chance to try their breakfast this time, but from what I heard it is definitely worth trying...so next time for sure! Overall I had the best experience at the TOC Hostel Malaga. Thank you guys so much for making my trip memorable! ❤️ I can't wait to be back.

Even the lower beds are high. Not convenient to sit on. Some curtains would be good for privacy.

It's a wonderful, wonderful wonderful place! Right in the center, close to everything, clean, quiet, friendly, with a wonderful common area to relax or work. Breakfast is basic but good. I recommend it! (Get a locker with you! If not, you can buy from the receprion)

There was no hair dryer in the room I've stayed at. It's available to borrow at the reception desk.

I have stayed for just one night so cannot judge much. Yet my stay was really comfortable! Good en suite bathroom.

TOC hostel in Malaga is fabulous! The staff is friendly and very helpful. People at the reception such as Christina, Luca, Enrique, Mariano and Alexandro, as well as all the support staff do their best to make our stay enjoyable. This is a very well taken care hostel … it is always kept clean! Cheers! Amagi Patrick

Lack of space - really tight - also bunk beds are quite dangerous with kids who move around. My son fell off his and lucky I caught him or it could have been very unfortunate
