What's not to like? The T.V. had no reception, this wasn't a real issue as we weren't really there to watch T.V. anyway. You had to fiddle with the remote for the A/C as it was broken and had been taped up. But worked in the end, so no dramas. No other issues.

The location was perfect and just what we were looking for on our first visit to Spain. The owners were very friendly and made sure we had everything we required. Everything was kept beautiful and clean. The whole atmosphere of the place was just so relaxing. Would recommend it to anyone. Thankyou for a great break.

The road with commercial trucks can be heard during the day. The kitchen and table ware were spartan and support only basic cooking. The system for opening the gate is very complicated; you have to download an app and it doesn‘t work if you have no data roaming, so not ideal for most foreigners. By the way the hotel address on the parking app is NOT the address of the hotel! We got completely lost.

Very nice atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. I enjoyed very much the yoga classes (the best I ever attended). Beautiful garden with two pools. The bungalows allowed a lot of private sphere. César and Esther were very helpful and flexible when we needed sth. We were spoilt with fresh vegetables and the hotel has an excellent wine cellar. We recommand also their restaurant with live music.

It is a little far out from any big towns, about an hour to the coast by bus. I recommend hiring a car if staying here. Other than that nothing, it was great!

The staff were an absolute joy! They were so lovely and helpful and made the whole stay so nice. The pools are lovely and very close to the accommodation. The main pool we used was just outside our front door! The accommodation was very clean. The restaurant had a great menu and nice wines, and again the staff were excellent!

For us, the location was not convinient. If you want to go to Málaga for dinner, not the best choice, even with a car, it took us from 30 to 40 minutes to get to Malaga. If you would like to stay there, is great!

the large pool was not so clean as to attract me to swim

very relaxed atmosphere and the owner is very welcoming and helpful..... a phenomenal property with a lot of privacy on the one hand and with the possibility of socializing with other guests in common areas, on the other hand... out of the city crowd, and everything important is 30 minutes away by car. A very good selection of Spanish wines for delivery to the apartment (fair price), and for those who do not want to cook in the apartment, a very good restaurant "attached" to the property

A wonderful relaxing atmosphere here, with lovely people around, all enjoying a slow pace in Spain. Tottam is close to a great village/town with anything you need. You can drive to Ronda or to the coast when you are not sitting in the garden. Private, quiet, spacious chalets with helpful hosts making it special. Oh, don't miss the breakfasts!

Note for remote workers. Mobile phone coverage was partly quite bad or there was none in the premises, so if the wifi goes out (power failure etc, had a few) you're not connected.

I visited Tottam in january for 10 days staying in one of the deluxe king studio bungalows and loved the place. The area is beautiful and peaceful with 2 pool areas and plenty of space for one to relax in the premises. The sauna, which is completely free and heats up to >100C like a sauna should, was a perfect way to finish a long day of hiking which I did a lot. There are many interesting routes for walkers and bikers as well in the area. I visited both Mijas and Coin plus the peaks nearby by foot for an example. For grocery shopping and eating out there is plenty of choices in Alhaurin El Grande. Within walking distance for somebody who likes the hike and it´s easy to get a taxi or an uber back if you dont feel like walk back up hill. The best part of the room was the bed. It was superb and for the first time ever I got a full 100% night sleep according to my smart watch in 4 years I´ve had the thing. Good mix of food, exercise and sleep guaranteed! For one person there was enough warm water for showering and enough pots and pans for cooking. There is also a massage parlour in the hotels area which was reasonably priced, had good mix of treatments and she was skilled.

The garden and the pool are extremely nice, the atmosphere is chill and relaxing with independence and a very nice staff! (and Duna and Estrudel too)
