My friends found the road noise a bit annoying as their room was on the side closest to the traffic, although - having stayed at the hotel many times before - I had requested rooms on the reception side of the hotel, ( my room was on the quieter side) Also, being on the ground floor there was a bath and the shower attachment did not work, at 71 years old, and with no assistance handle I did not feel confident to use the bath being alone. However, none of these concerns would stop me from returning.

Ambiance, staff , facilities and location - reasonable price was a plus! Enjoyed a convivial evening with good food.

Nothing for us to dislike

Location, helpful friendly staff, comfortable and clean. Pet friendy, with cafe area where dogs are permitted. Breakfast big selection. Exceptional value for money. Easy to find, petrol station next door. Normally, we stay at another hotel nearby, that is much more expensive and doesn't serve food or drink at night, but it was full. We will book Urdaniba in future would highly recommend

We were happy with everything, we would have preferred the restaurant to be open before 8pm but we like to eat early and were tired after travelling. In any event, there are tapas and bocadillos available from the bar so no problem really.

Excellent location just off the motorway on route to France or Spain. Convenient petrol station nearby for refuelling. Spacious grounds and bar terrace, inexpensive drinks and tapas a pleasant surprise after our stay in France. Restaurant available for breakfast or dinner. We didn't have breakfast but we did enjoy some excellent burgers in the evening. We've stayed here twice and will do so again.

Approaching from southern spain its very convenient but in the dark and rain the turning can be easily missed

restaurant food was basic but tasted ok, long wait times for drinks and food, but it was very busy, i can only assume on a quieter evening service would have been better.

comfortable bed, good varied breakfast, seemed to be a busy hotel used by the locals, on the evening of our stay there was a live band so place was very full.

Nothing... The hotel/restaurant is perfect price/Quality wise!

We had a huge room with separate living area, large bathroom with big bath tub as well as shower. The bed was gigantic and super comfy! This was our 3rd time and it's our go to-stop on our way to the South of Spain. The food is also very nice considering price/quality! On top of all this, they're dog friendly, which is important to us as we travel with ours :)

The pillows were very hard, luckily we take our own. The access to the hotel is very complicated, if you haven't been before. Reception says everyone says the same.

Excellent hotel for a stopover. The room was large and comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.,especially the receptionist and the waitress who served us in the dining room in the evening, she was so efficient in a very busy situation, all on her own. The evening meal was very good value and choice, we both enjoyed it. The wine was only €1.50 per glass to start, possibly happy hour. The breakfast was also excellent, and a good choice of hot or cold (well luke warm on Spain ).
