The WiFi was poor - it kept on disconnecting/reconnecting and when connected, the WiFi speed was low. The walls were pretty thin too.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, the location is good and there is plenty of parking.

restaurant services..! i ordered ‘anchoas’. the toasts were like from the day before. shame. and the personnel mock about the guests. ( they did not realise that i understand quite well the spanish language).

No kettle or water in the bedroom for early morning refreshments. We were not made aware of a coffee vending machine by reception staff on arrival and we found it by accident after we had checked out

The staff were extremely good and accommodating with us and our dog the facilities on offer for visitors with pets were good.

Air con not working when it was 30 degrees. Staff not very helpful. Check in was rigourous and took ages. No kettle in room Restaurant service very haphazard...'faulty towers 'eat your heart out!

hotel rooms a very simple but it’s what you would expect for the price - a few bottles of water in the cold fridge would have made all the difference. these inexpensive little details make all the difference to feedback scores.

the hotel is about 15 mins from San Sebastián. hotel is v near to a wonderful shopping complex with cinema and restaurants (Terra Park) which is well with a visit. breakfast very nice. staff very pleasant.

The breakfast arrangements for dog owners was very poor. We came down to breakfast with our medium sized dog who we did not want to leave in the room in case she barked. We entered the restaurant and were told to go to the dog area. Fine, we went to the dog area and there was no cutlery, cups , salt/pepper sugar etc. So we had to bring everything from the restaurant to the dog area. This took several trips backwards and forwards. As a lone traveller this would of been hopeless as the dog would have to been tied to a table while you went for food. The hotel knows how many it expects for breakfast with a dog, so lay the tables in the dog area to accommodate that number of guests.

After long drive from Tours in France the hotel was a welcome relieve from driving. Check in O.K. Room fine clean and all usual facilities etc. Dog walking area good with dog mess bin.

A/C not working. Shower/bathtub had black mildew in silicon seems. Floor is breaking apart. Wall’s ultra thin. You can hear everything next door.

we stayed In this hotel together with some friends. Both of us could not sleep because of the noise in the room above. We complained to the reception in the evening. but nothing happened. In the morning we complained again, but the guy at the reception just told us to write a complaint!

we were not told that check in after 2230 had an additional charge of 85€, when the booking said check in until 2300. we travelled with dogs and our room was located far from lifts and entrance.

Place was not clean. Construction and remodeling was going on the floor where we stayed. The they had not been clean when we got to the hotel. The Air conditioner was not working and the room was hot. We even told them and it was not good.

The hotel was noisy, in poor condition and not worth the price. I cannot recommend this a s a place to stay.

The evening meal was average and spoiled by very loud band music played right next to the open dinning room.The cooked buffet breakfast was poor as the guest was suppose to reheat the items in a microwave if they wanted a hot meal! The other breakfast choices were quite ordinary. The bedroom A/C did not function. Not a good experience for the price of 70.00€/night

Although the web site and the awning outside the hotel indicate a restaurant it was not available. Nevertheless the platos combinados were good value. I had looked forward to what was proposed as the menu on the web site, but alas that was not to be.

The hotel is ideally situated for an overnight stop on the way to other locations in Spain. The parking is free. The room was very comfortable and, in spite of the situation next to the motorway was perfectly quiet. We enjoyed a very good breakfast.

Availability and quality of food disappointing. Nowhere to walk to.

Good location for a stop over en route to France. Large room and comfortable bed. Efficient staff. Dog friendly.
