Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

All the facilities I look for in a hostel were provided. I liked that it was a small hostel and the staff offered a personal service, including helping me to find a swimming pool I could use.

FinlandSuper nice and clean. Capsules are making quite a lot of noise when people are opening and closing the doors so make sure to bring earplugs (not available on site).

United StatesThe bed was quite firm, which might not be comfortable for everyone. The kitchen had limited appliances, so cooking options were somewhat restricted. If you’re sharing a capsule with another person, space for backpacks and clothes is quite limited, which can be a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the lockers are not located near the capsules, making access to belongings less convenient. While these weren’t major issues, they’re worth considering depending on your needs.
We stayed at this capsule hostel for four nights. While it’s well-suited for a 1-2 night stay, a longer stay can be a bit challenging. That said, our overall experience was good. This was our first time staying in a capsule hostel, and we found the space comfortable, with enough room and ventilation for two people. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always making sure we had what we needed. Fresh towels were available daily, which was a nice touch. The showers were generally clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a short-term stay in a capsule-style hostel, this is a solid option with great service!

GermanyThe rooms with more than 10 cubes are noisy, squeaking beds & doors. Don't expect socialising as in other hostels.
Good location and in walking distance of the city centre. Good price for the quality.

TurkeyShared kitchen/lobby is not spacious enough, there's no free chair sometimes.
Quiet dormitory, clean shared bathroom, good WiFi. Upon check in they give you a card, with this card you can open your cabin's door and your locker. Location is good, easy to arrive from train station and airport bus stop and not so far from downtown. Cafe restaurants supermarkets nearby. 7/24 open reception.

LithuaniaOnly in the corridors and kitchen area the temperature is normal. In the bathroom and in capsule with ventilation on the temperature is 24/25 degrees, not possible to sleep because it is too hot. The smartphone charger is very slow inside the capsule. Did not find hair dryer.
The hostel is very clean, right outside the center of Seville. The staff is helpful. I could leave my backpack on the arrival day at 11:00 in the morning. Right outside there are a lot of restaurants and also a farmacy h24. They have coffee and drinks distributors, but accept only coins.

This was a terrific well run clean hostel. I wanted to try the pods as I was only in Seville a couple of nights. Very comfortable and gave privacy. I loved the cleanliness which is not easy with so many people. Close to the old city.

SpainOverall, there wasn't one thing I didn't like about the hostel. However, if you plan on using the taxi service they provide, it's a flat rate of €33 to the airport. From a local's perspective, that can be expensive. I would try to look at different options. However, they were on time to take me. It's up to you if you want to use the service or not.
For my first hostel stay and solo travel, this hostel was safe, clean, and for a good price. The capsules are well soundproof, and everyone respects the quiet sleeping area. The hostel is a good 20-minute walk away from the city center, which is good for most of the big tourist attractions. The staff was friendly as well!

United KingdomThe switches in the capsule can be hard to read /see at night especially the one to open the door you could hear some people having a mild panic attack until those on outside reminded them how to open it. Maybe the button could be made luminous.

United KingdomThe capsule is neat and cosy, with adjustable light colours and everything you’d need. The room was totally quiet. The hotel itself has all the facilities you’d need - it’s like a gym with multiple showers, toilets, lockers. The reception staff member (I didn’t catch her name), was particularly helpful, introducing me to the hotel on the first day so that I knew where everything is. The woman cleaning (I didn’t catch her name either) also had a lovely smile.

GermanyNothing to complain. Okay, the locker is a bit far from your room but that doesn't matter. You learn not to forget your things in suitcase.
Pods were excellent. They were bigger than I anticipated both in head height, and width. A little larger than a king single. The blanket has a hppd sheet for hygiene. The facilities are new which made for a fresh feel. The cleaners were at work often so everything was spic and span. Towels included and fresh towels available each day at no cost. The other people are more quiet than in a normal hotel. It is easy to speak to other guests in the lobby/ kitchen. Only some minutes walk to the historic center. It was my first time and I am absolutly surprised and content The staff is really and helpful.
