it´s close to a busy street so it´s pretty loud. It´s not so bad at nights but you have to get used to it

the location of the hotel close to the train and bus station is great, you´re very fast in the city The best was the breakfast, the variety was just perfect! You could spend a week in this hotel and still have something different for breakfast since the variety was so huge

Walking distance to ferry terminal , bus terminal and train terminal. Good location, near city centre. Many restaurants nearby, and grocery stores. Did not use the breakfast option for the room. Mid scale hotel. Had single room, two single beds. Small balcony off the bedroom. Bathroom was a nice size.

Lightening in room is weak.Soundproofing (as almost everywhere in Spain is poor). Pillows (as it is almost everywhere in Spain) are long, narrow and too soft.

Excellent quality/price ratio. It is relatively old hotel, but decently maintained and managed. It is located near railway and bus station (ask for rooms on the side opposite to bus station). Everything functioning smoothly, you can fell the touch of old times when hotels had almost forgotten proper service. Check-in/out is very efficient. Breakfast is very good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location and very good breakfast. The parking (10 EUR per day) had a direct access to the hotel. It is an old building, but very comfortable.

Some street noises which is unavoidable due to the location.

Very convenient location for the port, bus station, and train station. Short walking distance from the town centre with market & restaurants. Bathroom was quite clean, shower hot water & water pressure were excellent. Staff were professional.

there were no coffee making facilities in the room which seems common in Spain but there was mini fridge and a coin operated coffee dispenser on one of the floors

The location was perfect ; next to the train station and bus station and very close to the ferry terminal. it was modern, clean with a large balcony. we really appreciated a very nice take away breakfast as we has an early start before the restaurant opened.

There is insufficient soundproofing between the floors and the people above were having a party in their room. At 01.30 I still couldn't go to sleep and I had to call reception to quieten them down, after which it was fine. The bathroom is a bit old. I am 175cms tall and I had to stand on tiptoe to reach the shower attachment, shorter people would have difficulty. The menu in the restaurant - mainly sandwiches and pizza - is not what I expect at a 4* hotel.

Communication with the hotel before the stay was very good. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. On every floor there is plenty of lounge space with comfortable seating. The room included a large private bathroom (although the details on Booking.com wrongly indicated shared bathroom).

this was a perfect place to stay for the one night when we arrived from the ferry . we walked from the ferry and conveniently caught the bus at the station attached to the hotel . Older hotel but very clean and comfortable beds . price was right too

not very soundproof. you can hear a lot that is happening in the other rooms both above, below and at the sides.

it was a very clean hotel in a very good location for the Tanger Med Port. The staff are all brilliant but a special mention for Maria on reception and Marina who I believe was the lovely girl in the restaurant.

Quality/price rate was good. Staff were very friendly and convinient. It was near the port so if you are thinking of a dive adventure trip to rent a boat to book this hotel is a very good idea.

Bedroom extremely dark. Too dark to even set up the safe!! Needs a lot more light there. Wardrobes old….doors stiff and noisy. Restaurant menu could be improved and being served with warm white wine not appreciated !!

The hotel was appropriate to our needs and travel so position excellent. Good breakfast. Staff at reception very welcoming and supportive.
