It's a nice hotel. Probably 3 star, not 4 star. Shower didn't work but I took a nice bath so it really wasn't a problem for me. The dining room staff were incredibly nice. For a 1 or 2 night stay, it's completely acceptable.

A little bit noisy, but it was okay when the windows are closed. We were given a double room, even though we asked two separate beds (twin room). But again, this was not a big problem because the beds were large enough.

boiled (kettle) in the room could be provided (tbh when I asked at the reception they said it was broken but I can ask for hot water from the restaurant which is okk but the restaurant was closed most of the day with no one available to ask)

location is good, very very close to the bus station and train station. 15 mins walk from the center and 10 mins walk from the ferry port. Room was spacious with needed facilities.

Algeciras is a bit of a industrial port and a dump. I would never plan a trip here, but since This was as far as I could get on the bus before my cycling tour started it worked out ok.

I came by bus with a bicycle box, the hotel is just a few feet from the bus station so it could not have been any better in that regard.

make sure you have a room overlooking the road. the opposite side is a garage for buses that constantly stink. otherwise it was an ok hotel for one night

The hotel was very convenient for arriving by train and leaving by ferry to Morocco via FRS shuttle. The room was very clean and updated with balcony and city view. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Lastly, included breakfast was a good start to the day. Good price when booked early. Highly recommended!

Furniture was old, there were some broken things in our room, there were no electric kettle and tee or coffe in room. There were no normal room lightning. Dont take dinner... It was not like in 4star Hotel... Hotel is in bad neighborhood, view outside the window was horrible.

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful at all times. They make you feel very welcome. The hotel is spotlessly clean and safe. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I will definitely return. Highly recommend it to everyone. Perfect location for access to bus and train stations and within walking distance to the port and centre of town.

we arrived at 9 p.m. we didn't even find a bottle of water in the refrigerator, we had to go down to look for a grocery store, the region is full of clauchards, thieves, it was scary, the mattress is worthy of an unclassified hotel, small mattress, beaten up, no cover, no earpiece, the only positive point was the reception, the breakfast was not great, too much pork .my wife was sick I asked to have a check out at 1 p.m. they asked for 10 euros for each additional hour

This was, unfortunately, one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had in a long time. The property is old and poorly maintained, and the room left a lot to be desired. The decor was outdated, the lighting was inadequate, and the room felt dark and unwelcoming. There were only two small side table lamps for the entire room, making it incredibly dim. To make matters worse, we noticed mould on one of the ceiling panels – completely unacceptable. The wardrobe looked like it hadn’t been touched in decades, and we didn’t even dare to open it. The bed was uncomfortably small, and the pillow was even smaller, so narrow it didn’t even fit the width of the mattress properly. It made for a restless night’s sleep. Adding to the inconvenience, the hotel has just one lift to serve all guests, which was frustratingly slow and overcrowded at peak times. Overall, this stay was well below expectations, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
