The temperature of the fridge in the room couldn't be changed... At least, I didn't understand how to change it! I should have asked the contact on WhatsApp why.. But overall all perfect!

Kitchen in room lacked a plus socket so I stretched it and accidentally dropped a boiled kettle all over the floor. No ability to wash through dishes properly.

The location was excellent right in the centre of town. The facilities with the luggage room, social kitchen are great. A great addition to the experience. The room was comfortable with plenty of space and balcony was an amazing addition.

The bide shower head was poorly located, so one hits ones elbow on it (ouch).

Lovely apartment. Had everything we needed. Great to have the facilities to get extra towels and bedding if needed. The communal kitchen was a nice touch even though we had kitchen amenities in our room. Everything was nice and modern. Would definitely stay again.

Was a comfortable and clean room with no complaints. TV and media worked well and easily as well. Safe and helpful staff messages were sent in a timely manner.

Amazing rooms, minimal but also with beautiful touches like the yoga mat, free grounded coffee, free gym and breakfast at the local cafeterias. Eco friendly, super clean spaces everywhere around the hotel, nice bath toiletries. I really appreciated the common areas, like shared kitchen and sitting area. Everything was amazing, one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed.

Probably one of the best experiences ever. Smart hotel with beautiful atmosphere. Everything is elegant, they even give you a camera to take photos of yourself in Helsinki and take them with you.

I loved that Bob W Kaarti welcomed us with a note and Instax camera to use for when we explore Helsinki. The customer support was also really responsive whenever we had questions. The 'washateria' was an absolute blessing because we were at the end of our trip and being able to wash and dry our clothes before travelling again is great. All laundry supplies are also available. I also liked their social kitchen and coworking space. Spacious, quiet, calm and everyone is going about their day with respect to others. I'm definitely looking up Bob W Kaarti in my next destination. A highly recommended stay!

My second time staying at a Bob W. I really like the convenience we get from having hotel services like luggage storage, common area etc as well as the apartment feel. This one also had a social kitchen which was nice and had all the amenities we would need. Good location as well, with a lot of nice restaurants around.

Location is perfect. You can pretty much walk to most places, it is conveniently positioned. There were cute stickers and a tote bag I could take back from my journey and a Polaroid for taking pictures. Everything in the room was carefully thought of and I loved it.

There was trash on the patio and hair in the tub.

It had all the conveniences of home and was across the street from a grocery store.

The luggage room is too small and we had to leave out bags in the room outside of the storage facility after we checked out. However, that room was still secure, so all turned out well. This is probably the only thing we didn’t like about the property, but it is very minor. We enjoyed everything else

The fact that I cannot get an automatic invoice after my stay and I have to ask 5 times.... I paid booking and I completed my stay, I should get an invoice automatically. Also breakfast far from the hotel, only open at 9am... did not work for me
