Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This was my first time booking a hotel and going to a hotel alone. It was a bit difficult for me. It took me an hour to get into the room. I couldn't find the door and there was no receptionist.😄
This time I didn't book with food. But I was very impressed with the room, it was clean and had everything.

Room #201 is near the front door, which closed rather loudly. So people with trouble sleeping might want to ask for another room.
Location is perfect. Also the bed was very comfortable. There were lot on nice surprises in the room.

Something wrong with the climate system. It was cool yet I woke up swetting. Bedsheets and pillows did not breathe.
Clean. Cozy. Bathroom was beautiful. Loved the chocolate and little touches that made you feel welcome. Loved that it had locker room before and after checkin.

It had everything you need and more! Amazing location in the central, everything was clean, shared kitchen was well stocked and they even had a laundry area. Even though everything is self-check in, the details needed were enough for you to check into the room yourself. Nearby the train station as well to go to the airport. Highly recommend!!!

The provision of fresh eggs, tea, coffee and fresh fruits with basic cooking condiments were greatly appreciated. The share kitchen was well maintained. Didn't have a chance to try the laundry facilities as it was the start of our 20-day trip but I am sure it's extremely handy to have the washer available.

Wet floor was quite slippery. Might want to put skid proofing on some of the tiles in the shower.
Very clean. Great communication. Chocolate and coffee were a real treat and a big surprise. Nice compfy beds and pillows and duvet. Will retien!

Room was quite warm, with an electric fan that did not really cool the room much.
Room was very nice. Clean. The location was incredible, located less than 5 minutes walk from the main train station and also less than a minute from the metro station and trams.

We liked the concept of Bob W; very self contained room with all the basic comforts of home. Having the shared kitchen, which was well stocked was an added bonus. Great location, easy to find.

It would be nice to have air conditioning, as the room was getting stuffy and hot at night and the window was overlooking a noisy street
Location was perfect, 5 mins walk from the main train station. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Easy contactless check-in, nicely fitted room, very comfy bed. We didn't use the shared kitchen as we were eating out, but it looked nice and well equipped.

To throw gages at the day of checkout. Too hot inside right now. They said they are using the central hearting systems but finally I found the fun in my room. So that somehow I can manage the temperature in the room.
Best place without too expensive fee. The inside is clean and there are so many basic travel items in the room and shared kitchen.

We had two rooms and in one of them the windows didn’t open at all.
Clean, really central, great shower, we requested a crib and it was at the room and my son slept wonderfully in it!

We had the apartment right next to the front door so it was noisy as you could hear everyone coming in and out
Very modern and they think of everything you might need! I like the no contact and that you check in and do everything on your phone - very easy.

our room oriented to the street - occasional noise from the street
Everything was perfect. Good availability by public transport from the airport. We felt at home there, very nice details, clean, etc. !!! Kitchen also useful. Very good job Bob Team ;-) I wish there were more accommodations like this.

There really was no on around to assist you except for the cleaning team. So when one side of the shower dividers gave way, I had to check it out how to reach somebody to take care of it.
The little touches: chocolates, washing machine & dryer, etc.
