We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaThe only issue - and it is very minor - the fridge in the room didn’t keep anything cold - we had order ice.
The location, just outside of the busy city centre, was perfect. Yes, there are ongoing works on the adjoining park, but that had little effect on our stay - we didn’t hear any noise whatsoever. The staff were brilliant - loved the fruit & lollies in the lobby, breakfast was fabulous, the room was spacious and very comfy.

NetherlandsThe only thing that could have been better was breakfast on a Saturday morning. The circulation of people was a bit complicated due to the amount of people trying to grab their food at the same time.
The hotel's location was excellent. Although it is pretty close to the station, it is located on a quiet street next to a park, bringing a cosy vibe. The room and its bathroom were extremely comfortable and clean. The staff was informative, friendly, and welcoming, giving suggestions about restaurants and cool neighbourhoods in which to walk.

United StatesI have claustrophobia, so staying in a place that you can't open the windows it was a bit difficult but I guess considering Helsinki weather it's part of protecting climate by saving energy.
It's an excellent hotel, I am a picky person but everything was perfect, I stayed before at Radisson Reds and as usual perfect, quality and design that I didn't see in any hotel in this price range. Extra point for the location, in a corner of quiet place but everything in walking distances.
