We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The property was in a great location with transport nearby . The room we had was very clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable … like sleeping in a cloud . The breakfast room was spacious and if you wanted to sit in a quieter area you could use the restaurant . From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice for our break and honestly couldn’t fault anything . The lifts always had a lovely fresh scent and again were kept very clean . We also appreciated not having our room and towels changed daily as that helps the environment and this was explained at reception .

UkraineI was extremely surprised when I was asked to leave a 100 Euro deposit "just in case." When I asked what specific situation it was for, they said, "Perhaps you'll use the minibar." Well, the minibar in both rooms was empty! So, what's the point of such distrust towards customers if there's nothing to spend that deposit on?
Excellent rooms, impeccable cleanliness, beautiful bathroom, very comfortable beds and pillows. Sleep is simply magnificent in this hotel!

FinlandBreakfast was good, but the variety not impressive. The sauna was not hot, which was odd for a hotel in Finland. Still, minor details in an otherwise very nice hotel.
The lady who checked us in was extremely nice and made up for a great first impression of the place! The hotel is in the heart of Helsinki and is great for a weekend getaway. The room was spacious, quiet and modern.
