Everything was good.

Loved that it was central. I bought a Helsinki Tourist card and hardly used the transportation option. Everything is walkable! I felt safe walking the streets at night or very early mornings. The breakfast options were also amazing. Fresh breads, warm meat and vegetarian options, fresh fruit … They even made me a huge breakfast to go as I needed to leave before the breakfast hours. A+

Windows in the bedroom do not open, probably doesn't bother most people but a personal quirk of mine .

Second stay here this month. See previous more extensive review of just days ago. The perfect place to stay....need not look further than this hotel when staying in Helsinki. The design, interiors and specifications are spectacular. Great value and very attentive staff.

Our stay was pleasant, exactly as expected! Just perfect! The room was spacious, bed is more on soft side but very comfy with several pillows. There are blackout curtains. Bathroom can be closed with the door and we could even choose a room between bathtub and shower box. The room was a bit cold (for our standard), so we asked at the reception and they immediately brought us additional heater which solved the temperature issue. Breakfast and sauna both amazing, with extensive opening times. Sauna is seperated for men and women. Great position, silent but walking distance from train station and old town. Highly recommended!

We were extremly satisfied with our choice. The hotel is very central but thanks to the park in front you dont feel it. Our windows faced the street but we heard absolutely no noise. The rooms are great, the beds very comfortable. Many nice lounge areas in different places of the hotel. We used the sauna and fitness facilities, there were only few people so it was very nice. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice for everyone, we went before the peak times and it was really great to sit and watch Helsinki wake up on the other side of the window. The staff was friendly and so efficiant. We would definitely come again!

Had expected more toiletries (e.g body lotion or vanity kit) and the staff at the reception was not overly excited or friendly. Perhaps tired? Happened twice

Nothing. It was a perfect stay and I've already booked it for another night.

I travel a lot and this has to be one of the best hotels for the price I've ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The spec and finish of the interior is exceptional. Breakfast is excellent and location completely central. The sauna and gym are high class and in a former basement safe with the steel barred doors to prove it. The staff were also exceptionally kind to me after news of a family bereavement. Can't recommend it enough. Stay here if you're visiting Helsinki. You won't be sorry.

Room was a bit cold and we couldn’t turn the heating on. Told staff and we were given an extra duvet for the second night, which was perfect.

Really good breakfast and a lot of choice even a lot of lactose free and vegan options.
