I feel the breakfast could have been a little better.

The location of the hotel is great, with it being on a 10 minute walk from the central station. It is also located close to many landmarks nearby. The staff were very friendly.

We would have loved to have the option of more specialty-type of coffee at breakfast, e.g. latte or cappuccino.

The location is perfect: close to a main metro and bus station, walking distance for most points of interest in the city centre. The facilities were modern, the room was very clean. Breakfast options were very good, plenty of choices both sweet and savoury.

The room sometimes seemed a tad too warm even when temperature was turned as low as it would go, but after being out side in minus temperatures it was a welcome home. Note heated en-suite. After a three night stay a $10 euro fee for an hour later check out seemed stingy.

Top location easy walking distance to Helsinki sights and shopping, a train station was nearby. Great daily breakfast,the restaurant was manic on Saturday morning super popular. From the airport fixed fee for cabs $38 euro, Hotels will call you a luxury cab to the airport but expect to pay $65 euro. Short cab ride $13 euro to ferry port for day trip to Tallinn Estonia which is well worth the effort. Whilst in Tallinn Visit KGB hotel, the banter is better than the real estate but worth an hour.

There were no English TV channels, although this isn’t really a major problem.

Hotel is in a great location in the centre of Helsinki and only a 10 minute walk from the train station. The price of the room was very reasonable, especially for Finland prices. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful.

Everything was very good.

Hotel feeling and decor was excellent! Modern , tasteful and quality. The bedroom and bathroom was wonderful. Great bath(as requested )Loved no plastic or no extras. Breakfast was good. There were not enough labels though. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We live in Helsinki and have done many hotel stay overs since the Pandemic.

The location was great. We enjoy walking, and we were able to see much of the city on foot. There are nice restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. There are also public transportation options nearby. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the arrangement of hooks for clothing and jackets, etc. Breakfast was very good. Overall, it was a really great stay.

Scandic Helsinki was perfectly located to explore Helsinki on foot. There were many fine restaurants and shopping opportunities. The Harbor was about a 15 minute walk as were other museums and monuments.

Centrally located, modern, comfortable room. As our booked room turned not to be ready, we were promptly upgraded! A very pleasant surprise! Excellent breakfast buffet. A pity we didn't make it to the sauna!

There’s no electric kettle in the room considering it’s a 4star hotel. There’s nothing special about the breakfast. It’s mediocre.
