Excellently designed rooms, convenient location, and very well equipped gym plus a sauna which is a must try experience in Finland! The breakfast selection was also very good.

I booked superior king room, but the room was same size as usual king room, only difference was that you could make tea and coffee, for me the pictures of this room type were a bit misleading, showing more spacious room.

Breakfast was really good, lot of options. Location was also really convenient, close to everything, but at the same time quite quiet.

The rooms have no wardrobe, only hangers. It is not possible to increase room temperature from the thermostat above 21 degrees. The receptionist offered to come to my room and adjust it via the AC as the radiators do not work in October. My TV did not have Chromecast, so when trying to connect to Netflix, the message was “Sorry, Service Unavailable”. I had to pack everything and move to another room with Chromecast installed on the TV. A very limited number of TV channels

-No coffee pot in the room. - The breakfast is not ready on time. It’s prepared around 8:00. - the security of luggage room is weak. Every gust with tag can access there and pick the own luggage by ourselves.

The receptionist informed us that our room was available for early check in but because we had booked with booking.com and not directly with the hotel they wouldn't let us check into our room early unless we paid an additional €25 early check in fee

Excellent modern hotel in central Helsinki. The gym facilities were fantastic, as was the breakfast, with plenty of variety and choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Scandi Helsinki Hub.

Selection at the hub bar could have had a bit more variety. Also, we couldn't find bathrobes in the room. Not sure if they were supposed to be in both of the rooms - in the other room they were available.

The location was perfect and the facilities as well. We enjoyed the sauna in the hub which was spacious and calm.

No proper coffee during breakfast. The location is a little distant from the main public transportation options.

The hotel was quite nice and modern. The lighting options in the room were nifty, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The breakfast had many options, but lacked proper coffee (which was offered for extra payment). All in all, very good experience.
