Receptionist at the check in - at first she asked will you pay when check out or check in. After we answered to pay when check out and wanted to see our room she changed option and because of one night at the hotel we have to pay immediately. Unusual.

Twin room beds were a little uncomfortable, and there were issues with an intermittent noise coming from the electric door lock, disrupting my sleep 3 out of 5 nights despite staff trying to fix it.

The floor layout made finding the elevators a bit confusing & there were separate elevators for below ground floors, which complicated things a bit

Windows cannot be open and air conditioning cannot be turned off and can only be put from 21 to 23 degrees. Terrible. Also, there was no hair conditioner (only shower gel and shampoo)

The bar facilities weren’t available other than at weekends. There were no hot drink facilities in the room.

Good choice of food which was all nicely cooked. The breakfast area looked out onto a lively street with people going to their business.

The rooms were so quiet, the beds so comfortable, breakfast was great, staff so friendly. 24 hour gym was awesome, I got to use it at 2.30am In the morning! Highly recommend a stay here

The hotel room was very clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was terrific, lots of choices and had a lot of gluten free options which as a coeliac I really appreciated.

My room had only a very small window that was very high up. No real natural light.

I thought the breakfast was very good. Lots of choice. My room was large and comfortable and the bathroom modern and clean. The location is excellent--within walking distance of major attractions in the city.

Noise insulation between rooms could be better (we could hear the guests next door which sometimes woke us up at night) Had problems pairing our phones with the TV to watch streaming services (the reception staff was very helpful but unfortunately this couldn't be fixed over the weekend and we didn't want to change rooms) - not a major issue to us though

Without a doubt, the BEST hotel breakfast I've ever had! Gives you lots of tasty, healthy options and a large variety of breakfast choices, along with fresh juice/smoothly, morning vitamin shots and local bites. I'd definitely be staying here again!

The breakfast was a full affair of hot and cold offerings including a few traditional Finnish things to try. the berry compote and yogurt was big hit with me.
