A bit far from the station

Few minor improvement points: - There’s unfortunately no way to open a window to let in some fresh air… the cold I had persisted due to this fact - The glasses we used weren’t replaced by clean ones the next day… - One day housecleaning did not come at all - if guests leave at noon, that doesn’t mean they don’t want their room cleaned :)

The only downside was that the pillow options were all incredibly thick and plush where I normally prefer a slimmer pillow.

The buffet breakfast was very well catered. Room was super clean and comfortable. The tv had chrome cast so I could watch tv from my accounts on it. Gym was also well stocked and sized.

We were warmly welcomed by staff upon checking in and overall atmosphere was friendly. Location was great! A few minutes away from Stockmann and walking distance to most attractions. Breakfast had a good selection too.

The space was perfect, comfortable, with good storage-hooks and shelving, and the heated flooring in the bathroom was heavenly! The location was also convenient and the breakfast was great!

The mattress was extremely thin and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there was an alarm testing during my stay, which occurred without any prior notification. It startled everyone and created unnecessary distress. Proper communication and better bedding quality are essential for guest comfort and satisfaction.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with easy access to trams and buses, making it super convenient to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. I also loved the gym and sauna facilities—they were a perfect way to relax after a busy day. Highly recommend for both convenience and comfort!

Location was off main area but that didn't worry us as we are keen walkers and it was quiet. It wasn't very far from shops and station.

Buffet breakfast was wonderful. So much variety. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable.

The space between the breakfast buffet gets crowded sometimes and there is some waiting.

It was very close to the city centre and it's 10 min away from the car rental we needed. The staff was very friendly and explained everything good. The breakfast had many options to choose.

I got a room with roof windows only. They were small and high placed so it felt like there was no window at all. It wouldn’t be an issue if they were clear about that, but the photos of the room type I booked presented hudge, bright windows, which was misleading.

Amazing hotel at a central location, close to the central train station. Very modern hotel, spacious room and bathroom, amazing place for breakfast and extra place available for relaxation, chat or even work. The surprise for us was the sauna which was included in the price. The place of the sauna was very well organised, clean and it offered to us a relaxing evening after our walk in the city. Everything was perfect! Thank you!

We were first given a room which we felt absolutely shocked. After 8.5 hours of flying, paying extra for early check inn…the room was like a coridor: two walls and one bed in the middle. No space to walk…I never imagined this type of room exists in a four star rated hotel.

Everything is perfect! The hotel is clean, modern and almost dust free especially the toilet. Love the Nordic design and breakfast is amazing and tasty too. Hotel location is at the prime location, nearby a mall.

There was some subtle constant noise coming from the heater (and there was a "don't touch" sticker on it so I didn't try to fix it myself). Also, the acoustic isolation in my room wasn't the best. I could hear footsteps from the rooms above me, as well as some rhythmic sex-like banging (possibly from a supply room next to mine or nearby). Fortunately, it was over quickly ;) I also think that all WiFi networks should be WPA2, password protected, and there should be no password-less ones (because of possible security risks).

I really liked the location. The room was very clean and had a great, fresh-looking bathroom. The breakfasts were tasty with plenty of options to choose from. There's also a sauna downstairs which I used 2 times. I also liked that TV was quite modern so I could use Chromecast. P.S. photos on booking website are accurate!

I got to stay in room I love so much due to it's space and layout, location and overall - big thanks for the staff for making this happen. Staff was lovely and breakfast was great. Location is so good.
