United KingdomWe could hear everything in the room above ours - we could hear pretty much every word they said at night (when everything else was quiet) and at one point were woken by something being dragged across the floor.
Very clean and large room! Loved the deep bath and separate shower, and the beds were super comfy. Access to the gym and sauna was included which was great, and there was an excellent selection of breakfast options.

GreeceI would like some kind of wardrobe and not just some hangers. I understand that this is the minimalistic Finnish style but when it comes to travelers some things should be taken into consideration. Also , I would appreciate some complimentary little "somethings" provided , such as slippers or toothpaste or a sewing kit etc
Excellent hotel in the center of Helsinki. Fabulous breakfast - so many tastes it was hard to decide what to choose ! The room & bathroom were spacious and clean. They also provided free use of sauna and gym.

Japan1-There was a strong sewage odor coming from the bathroom each morning. The shower and bathroom were filled with an unpleasant smell, likely emanating from the pipes connected to other floors. We managed to mitigate the smell by turning on the A/C at a low temperature, as the odor would return during the night if the A/C was off or set higher than the outside temperature. This suggests that the issue may be rooted in the building's MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design. 2-For long stays, the hotel mentioned that daily cleaning would be more environmentally friendly by not changing towels or bed sheets unless requested, which made sense. However, the floor was not cleaned properly, and the glasses and cups were neither washed nor replaced. Additionally, there was no brush or amenities provided in the room. 3-Some of the cleaning staff's behavior was unprofessional and seemed judgmental towards the guests. They ignored our requests for room cleaning, and when approached, they appeared dismissive and uninterested in addressing our concerns.
I liked the management, the spacious room and bathroom, excellent breakfast, convenient checkout time, and prime location. The hotel staff were generally nice and helpful, although this did not extend to the cleaning staff or their work.

NetherlandsIf you have a standard room, you have to pay for a kettle (for coffee and thee) in your room. The breakfast buffet is absolutely magnificent, including coffee and thee. But if you want a cappuccino, you have to pay. I never had that, in any hotel, no matter the room and /or rate. Very strange... and not very customer friendly (while the staff is very friendly and professional)
Central location, nice conforable room. Great /delicious breakfast bufft. Hotel is overlooking a old square. Very quiet and yet within 15mn you are basically everywhere in the city, the museums, restaurants, shops, etc.
